Durch die Durchführung der Investition zielt der Begünstigte darauf ab, die wirtschaftliche Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens gegenüber den anderen Wirtschaftsteilnehmern in der Branche zu erhöhen. Der Erwerb der im Projekt vorgeschlagenen Ausrüstung zielt darauf ab, die Lebensbedingungen der lokalen und regionalen Gemeinschaften zu verbessern, indem die Infrastrukturbedingungen (Straßen- und Autobahnbau) und Dienstleistungen unterstützt werden, um eine nachhaltige Entwicklung der Region Nord-Ost zu gewährleisten, die in der Lage ist, die verfügbaren Ressourcen effizient zu verwalten.
