(Spanish)

OBJECTIVE: Identification and quantification of genetic and metabolic biomarkers in patients with renal transplantation due to glomerulopathy, to establish prognosis and therapeutic response patterns through the application of SATDs. DESIGN: 24-month cohort study. SCOPE OF STUDY: Cruces University Hospital (Vizcaya), Vall d’Hebron University Hospital (Barcelona) and Faculty of Informatics of the University of the Basque Country. SUBJECTS OF STUDY: Patients affected by renal transplantation and control group. INSTRUMENTALISATION: Clinical history (anthropometry, control variables), liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry, ELISA immunoassays, Q-TOF type mass spectrometry for Metabolomics, Transcriptomic study. DETERMINATIONS: Plasma and urine metabolomic analysis, and transcriptomic analysis in peripheral blood mononuclear cells, to establish new biomarkers. These markers shall be compared to known markers of renal injury, inflammation mediators, oxidative stress and endothelial dysfunction. (English)
