Настоящия проект цели да подобри междурегионалното и транснационалното сътрудничество между партньори от страна членкиа на ЕС, чрез трансфер на иновации и идентифициране на добри практики благодарение на интернационалния екип на Фондация "Аделе" и контактите които тя е изгратила през годините. В развитите европейски страни съществуват различни иновативни инструменти за развитие на бизнес климата еди от тях са подкрепата на инновативни методи от Европейските програми. В България много от фондовете остават не изразходвани поради редица предпоставки, една от които е не познаването от хората с различните възможности които Европейските програми и фондове предлагат в различните сектори свързани с развитието на отделните европейски страни с цел един единен и силен Европейски Съюз. Въпреки всичко това европейските страни заемат първи места в сектора на информационните технологии. През последните години в България и по Целия свят достъпа до информация става все по лесен и достъпен използвайки собствения смартфон или таблет. Това е и основната идея на настоящия проект : трасфер на апликацията "Еврократе", адаптирайки я за Българските стандарти и идентифициране на иновативни методи за неформално обучение. С помоща на апликацията хората ще имат лесен достъп до различни европейски програми чрез които ще се подобри бизнес средта в България и създадът нови иновативни предприятия в различни сектори както социален така и икономически. По този начин ще бъдат постигнати основните цели на Европейския съюз - "Единни в многообразието". (Bulgarian)

This project aims to improve interregional and transnational cooperation between partners from the EU Member States through the transfer of innovation and identification of good practices thanks to the international team of the Adele Foundation and the contacts it has developed over the years. In developed European countries there are a variety of innovative tools for business climate development among them are the support of innovative methods from the European programmes. In Bulgaria, many of the funds remain unexpended because of a number of conditions, one of which is not the knowledge of the people with the different opportunities offered by the European programmes and funds in the different sectors related to the development of individual European countries in order to achieve a single and strong European Union. However, European countries are ranked first in the IT sector. In recent years in Bulgaria and all over the world, access to information has become increasingly easy and accessible using its own smartphone or tablet. This is also the main idea of this project: transfer of the application “Eurocrate”, adapting it to the Bulgarian standards and identifying innovative methods for non-formal learning. With the help of the application, people will have easy access to various European programs, which will improve the business environment in Bulgaria and create new innovative enterprises in different sectors, both socially and economically. In this way, the main objectives of the European Union — United in Diversity — will be achieved. (English)

Ce projet vise à améliorer la coopération interrégionale et transnationale entre les partenaires des États membres de l’UE par le transfert de l’innovation et l’identification des bonnes pratiques grâce à l’équipe internationale de la Fondation Adele et aux contacts qu’elle a développés au fil des ans. Dans les pays européens développés, il existe une variété d’outils innovants pour le développement du climat des affaires, parmi lesquels le soutien de méthodes innovantes des programmes européens. En Bulgarie, un grand nombre de fonds restent inutilisés en raison d’un certain nombre de conditions, dont l’une n’est pas la connaissance des personnes ayant les différentes possibilités offertes par les programmes et fonds européens dans les différents secteurs liés au développement de chaque pays européen afin de parvenir à une Union européenne unique et forte. Toutefois, les pays européens se classent au premier rang dans le secteur des TI. Ces dernières années, en Bulgarie et dans le monde entier, l’accès à l’information est devenu de plus en plus facile et accessible à l’aide de son propre smartphone ou tablette. C’est aussi l’idée principale de ce projet: transfert de l’application «Eurocrate», l’adapter aux normes bulgares et identifier des méthodes innovantes pour l’apprentissage non formel. Avec l’aide de l’application, les citoyens auront facilement accès à divers programmes européens, ce qui améliorera l’environnement des entreprises en Bulgarie et créera de nouvelles entreprises innovantes dans différents secteurs, tant sur le plan social que économique. Ainsi, les principaux objectifs de l’Union européenne — Unis dans la diversité — seront atteints. (French)
