Проектното предложение за получаване на безвъзмездна финансова помощ по процедура за директно предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Енергийна ефективност в периферните райони”, Приоритетна ос 2 „Подкрепа за енергийна ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони“ на Оперативна програма „Региони в растеж“ 2014-2020 г. цели да повиши енергийната ефективност на обществени сгради на общински административни сгради, находящи се в гр. Троян, ул. "Г. С. Раковски" № 55 (сграда 1) и ул. "Любен Каравелов" № 42 (сграда 2), изпълнявайки енергоспестяващи мерки, както следва:За сграда 1 – топлоизолация на външни стени и покрив, подмяна на дограма, подмняна на котелна инсталация, както и мерки по котелната и сградната инсталация; За сграда 2 – топлоизолиране на външни стени, подмяна на дограма, топлоизолиране на покрив и под, както и подмяна на отоплителна инсталация. При изпълнение на предписаните енергоспестяващи мерки сградите ще удовлетворят изискванията за енергийна ефективност, топлосъхранение и икономия на енергия в сгради в съответствие с Наредба № 7 от 2004 г., акт.към 14.04.2015г. и ще достигнат клас на енергопотреблениe “В” (Bulgarian)

The project proposal for receiving a grant under the direct grant procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 “Energy efficiency in peripheral regions”, Priority Axis 2 “Support for energy efficiency in support centres in peripheral areas” of Operational Programme Regions in Growth 2014-2020 aims to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings of municipal administrative buildings located in the town of Troyan, 55 G. S. Rakovski Str. (Building 1) and 42 Lyuben Karavelov Str. (Building 2), implementing energy-saving measures as follows: For building 1 — thermal insulation of external walls and roof, replacement of joinery, remembered of boiler system, as well as measures on the boiler and building system; For building 2 — thermal insulation of external walls, replacement of window frames, insulation of roof and floor, as well as replacement of heating system. When implementing the prescribed energy saving measures, the buildings will meet the requirements for energy efficiency, heat storage and energy savings in buildings in accordance with Regulation No 7 of 2004, Act by 14 April 2015 and will reach the energy consumption class “B” (English)

La proposition de projet pour l’octroi d’une subvention dans le cadre de la procédure de subvention directe BG16RFOP001-2.001 «Efficacité énergétique dans les régions périphériques», axe prioritaire 2 «Soutien à l’efficacité énergétique dans les centres de soutien dans les zones périphériques» du programme opérationnel Régions en croissance 2014-2020 vise à accroître l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments publics des bâtiments administratifs municipaux situés dans la ville de Troyan, 55 G. S. Rakovski Str. (bâtiment 1) et 42, rue Lyuben Karavelov (bâtiment 2), mettant en œuvre des mesures d’économie d’énergie comme suit: pour le bâtiment 1 — isolation thermique des murs extérieurs et du toit, remplacement de la menuiserie, rappelé du système de chaudière, ainsi que des mesures relatives au système de construction et de construction; Pour le bâtiment 2 — isolation thermique des murs extérieurs, remplacement des cadres de fenêtres, isolation du toit et du plancher, ainsi que remplacement du système de chauffage. Lors de la mise en œuvre des mesures d’économies d’énergie prescrites, les bâtiments répondront aux exigences en matière d’efficacité énergétique, de stockage de chaleur et d’économies d’énergie dans les bâtiments conformément au règlement no 7 de 2004, loi d’ici le 14 avril 2015 et atteindront la classe de consommation d’énergie «B».
