    Настоящото проектно предложение включва два обекта на образователната инфраструктура в гр.Свиленград за изпълнение на мерки за енергийна ефективност: НУ "Христо Попмарков" и ЦДГ "Детелина". Проекта предвижда изпълнение на мерките предписани в енергийното и техническо обследване за двете сгради.Реализацията на предвидените енергийни мерки ще допринесе за подобряване качеството на образователната инфраструктура. Основните предвидени дейности в настоящия проект са СМР, инженеринг на НУ "Христо Попмарков", строителен и авторски надзор, одит, управление на проекта и публичност.Целевата група обхваща всички деца и ученици в училището и детската градина като съответно постигнатите резултати ще имат трайна устойчивост и въздействие върху бъдещите потребители. Мерките ще имат и допълнителен ефект, тъй като ще осигурят рентабилна експлоатация на сгради в образователната инфраструктура, което ще позволи устойчиво да продължи управлението и поддръжката им. Чрез предложените енергийни мерки за НУ "Христо Попмарков" и ЦДГ "Детелина" ще се намали крайното енергийно потребление и намаляване на емисиите на парникови газове, като сградите ще достигнат клас на енергопотребление "В".     This project proposal includes two sites of the educational infrastructure in Svilengrad for the implementation of energy efficiency measures: High school “Hristo Popmarkkov” and “Detelina” Center. The project provides for the implementation of the measures prescribed in the energy and technical audit for both buildings.The implementation of the envisaged energy measures will contribute to improving the quality of the educational infrastructure. The main activities foreseen in this project are construction works, engineering of “Hristo Popmarkkov” Secondary School, construction and author’s supervision, audit, project management and publicity. The target group covers all children and students in the school and kindergarten. Accordingly, the results achieved will have lasting sustainability and impact on future users. The measures will also have an additional effect as they will ensure the cost-effective operation of buildings in the educational infrastructure, allowing them to sustainably continue their management and maintenance. The proposed energy measures for the High School “Hristo Popmarkov” and the Detelina Center will reduce final energy consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by bringing buildings to energy consumption class “B”.     Cette proposition de projet comprend deux sites d’infrastructures éducatives à Svilengrad pour la mise en œuvre de mesures d’efficacité énergétique: Lycée «Hristo Popmarkkov» et «Detelina» Centre. Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre des mesures prévues dans l’audit énergétique et technique pour les deux bâtiments. La mise en œuvre des mesures énergétiques envisagées contribuera à améliorer la qualité des infrastructures éducatives. Les principales activités prévues dans ce projet sont les travaux de construction, l’ingénierie de l’école secondaire «Hristo Popmarkkov», la construction et la supervision de l’auteur, l’audit, la gestion de projet et la publicité. Le groupe cible couvre tous les enfants et les élèves de l’école et de la maternelle. En conséquence, les résultats obtenus auront une durabilité durable et un impact sur les futurs utilisateurs. Les mesures auront également un effet supplémentaire, car elles garantiront l’exploitation rentable des bâtiments de l’infrastructure éducative, ce qui leur permettra de poursuivre durablement leur gestion et leur entretien. Les mesures énergétiques proposées pour l’école secondaire «Hristo Popmarkov» et le Centre Detelina vont réduire la consommation finale d’énergie et réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre en amenant les bâtiments à la classe de consommation d’énergie «B».
