Проектът включва обновяване на сградния фонд и прилежащите дворове в шест училища в община Димитровград–ОУ “Алеко Константинов”, ПМГ „Иван Вазов”, ЕГ „Д-р Иван Богоров”, СОУ „Васил Левски”, СОУ „Любен Каравелов”, ОУ „Пенчо Славейков”. Проектът ще бъде изпълняван като обособен проект от Инвестиционната програма на община Димитровград в рамките на Процедура за предоставяне на БФП BG16RFOP001-1.032 - "Изпълнение на интегрирани планове за градско възстановяване и развитие 2014-2020"-Димитровград. Шестте училища се явяват едни от най-важните учебни заведения в общината и основни звена в образователната й инфраструктура. Комбинираното изпълнение на мерките за подобряване на амортизираната и неотговаряща на съвременните условия инфраструктура и доставка на съответното оборудване ще доведе до цялостно обновяване на материално-техническата база на училищата и до повишаване на качеството на възпитателния и образователен процес, като ще улесни въвеждането на нови методи на обучение, които да повишат и задържат интереса на младите хора.Чрез реализацията на проекта ще бъде обновен сградния фонд и прилежащите дворове на шестте училища; ще бъде осигурена достъпна архитектурна среда за хора с увреждания; ще бъдат оформени рекреационни и спортни зони в дворовете. Модернизацията на материалната база чрез придобиването на активите за обзавеждане и оборудване ще създаде оптимални условия за провеждане на спокоен и максимално ползотворен учебен и работен процес; условия за добра здравословна и естетическа среда в училищата. Проектът се очаква да предизвика интерес сред местното гражданство, което ще е база за бъдеща съпричастност от негова страна за разумно опазване и поддържане на подобни дейности.Шестте училища са с много висок потенциал за постигане на социално включване и постигане на целта за подобряване на условията за предоставяне на модерни образователни услуги в града като синергия между втори и трети стълб на устойчивия растеж – икономическия и социалния. The project includes renovation of the building stock and adjacent yards in six schools in the municipality of Dimitrovgrad-Aleko Konstantinov School, the school “Ivan Vazov”, EG “Dr. Ivan Bogorov”, “Vasil Levski” Secondary School, “Lyuben Karavelov” High School, “Pencho Slaveikov” Primary School. The project will be implemented as a separate project from the Investment Programme of Dimitrovgrad Municipality under Grant Procedure BG16RFOP001-1.032 — Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020 — Dimitrovgrad. The six schools are one of the most important educational establishments in the municipality and the main units in its educational infrastructure. The combined implementation of the measures to improve the amortised and inconsistent infrastructure and supply of the relevant equipment will lead to a complete renovation of the material and technical base of the schools and increase the quality of the educational and educational process, and will facilitate the introduction of new methods of training that will increase and retain the interest of young people. By implementing the project, the building stock and the adjacent courtyards of the six schools will be renovated; an accessible built environment for people with disabilities will be provided; recreation and sports areas in the yards will be formed. The modernisation of the facilities through the acquisition of the assets for furniture and equipment will create optimal conditions for carrying out a relaxed and most beneficial learning and work process; conditions for a good healthy and aesthetic environment in schools. The project is expected to attract interest among local citizenship, which will be the basis for future empathy on its part for reasonable protection and maintenance of such activities. The six schools have very high potential for achieving social inclusion and achieving the goal of improving the conditions for providing modern educational services in the city as synergy between the second and third pillars of sustainable growth — economic and social. Le projet comprend la rénovation du parc immobilier et des cours adjacentes dans six écoles de la municipalité de Dimitrovgrad-Aleko Konstantinov School, l’école «Ivan Vazov», EG «Dr Ivan Bogorov», «Vasil Levski» école secondaire, «Lyuben Karavelov» école secondaire, «Pencho Slaveikov» école primaire. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en tant que projet distinct du programme d’investissement de la municipalité de Dimitrovgrad dans le cadre de la procédure de subvention BG16RFOP001-1.032 — Mise en œuvre des plans intégrés de reconstruction et de développement urbains 2014-2020 — Dimitrovgrad. Les six écoles sont l’un des établissements d’enseignement les plus importants de la municipalité et les principales unités de son infrastructure éducative. La mise en œuvre combinée des mesures visant à améliorer les infrastructures amorties et incohérentes et l’approvisionnement des équipements concernés conduira à une rénovation complète de la base matérielle et technique des écoles et à l’amélioration de la qualité du processus éducatif et éducatif, et facilitera l’introduction de nouvelles méthodes de formation qui augmenteront et conserveront l’intérêt des jeunes. En mettant en œuvre le projet, le parc immobilier et les cours adjacentes des six écoles seront rénovés; un environnement bâti accessible aux personnes handicapées sera mis en place; des aires récréatives et sportives dans les cours seront formées. La modernisation des installations par l’acquisition des biens de mobilier et d’équipement créera des conditions optimales pour la mise en œuvre d’un processus d’apprentissage et de travail détendu et le plus bénéfique; conditions pour un bon environnement sain et esthétique dans les écoles. Le projet devrait attirer l’intérêt de la citoyenneté locale, qui constituera la base d’une empathie future de sa part pour une protection et un maintien raisonnables de ces activités.
