Проектното предложение „Устойчива заетост чрез подобряване организацията и условията на труд в "Майнинг инвест" ЕООД е изцяло насочен към решаване проблемите на служителите на компанията - 57 лица, представители на целевата група и обхваща следните дейности:1.Въвеждане на система за развитие на човешките ресурси, насочена към подобряване на условията на труд на заетите в предприятието лица, повишаване на производителността и въвеждане на мерки за опазване на околната среда, съставляваща следните елементи:- оптимизация на съществуващата организационна структура;- оптимизация на работните процеси чрез адаптиране и внедряване в предприятието на софтуер за управление на човешките ресурси. 2.Насърчаване на географската мобилност, чрез осигуряването на организиран транспорт на служителите, живеещи извън населеното място на месторабота.3. Модернизация на личните предпазни средства и специалното работно облекло за повишаване на личната защита за здравето на работниците в предприятието.4. Подобряване условията за колективна защита и безопасност на труда.5. Подобряване на условията за краткотраен отдих на работниците в предприятието и осигуряване на социални придобивки.6. Информиране и публичност за популяризиране на проекта и приноса на Европейския социален фонд.7. Управление и отчитане на проекта.Предвидените дейности, способстващи за подобряване работната среда в предприятието, чрез модернизиране на системи за управление на човешките ресурси и осигуряването на добри и безопасни условия на труд, ще допринесе за постигането на стратегическите цели на Оперативна програма за развитие на човешките ресурси (ОП „РЧР“) при изпълнение на стратегията „Европа 2020“ в областта на трудовата заетост, борбата с бедността и социалното изключване. Всички дейности по проекта са организирани, по начин, който гарантира ефикасно и ефективно използване на финансовите и човешките ресурси. (Bulgarian)

The project proposal "Sustainable employment through improvement of the organisation and working conditions in "Maining Invest" Ltd. is fully aimed at solving the problems of the company’s employees — 57 persons, representatives of the target group and covers the following activities:1.Introduction of a system for human resources development aimed at improving the working conditions of the employees in the enterprise, increasing productivity and introducing environmental protection measures, comprising the following elements: — optimisation of the existing organizational structure; — optimisation of the work processes by adapting and implementing in the enterprise a software for human resources management. 2.Promoting geographical mobility by providing organised transport to employees living outside the place of employment.3. Modernisation of personal protective equipment and special workwear to increase personal protection for workers’ health in the enterprise.4. Improving conditions for collective protection and safety of work.5. Improvement of conditions for short-term recreation of workers in the enterprise and provision of social benefits.6. Information and publicity to promote the project and the contribution of the European Social Fund.7. Management and reporting of the project.The activities that contribute to improving the working environment in the enterprise by modernising human resources management systems and ensuring good and safe working conditions will contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development (OP HRD) in the implementation of the Europe 2020 strategy in the field of employment, combating poverty and social exclusion. All project activities are organised in a way that ensures efficient and effective use of financial and human resources. (English)

La proposition de projet "Emploi durable par l’amélioration de l’organisation et des conditions de travail dans "Maining Invest" Ltd. vise pleinement à résoudre les problèmes des salariés de l’entreprise — 57 personnes, représentants du groupe cible et couvre activities:1.Introduction d’un système de développement des ressources humaines visant à améliorer les conditions de travail des salariés dans l’entreprise, à accroître la productivité et à introduire des mesures de protection de l’environnement, comprenant les éléments suivants: — optimisation de la structure organisationnelle existante; — optimisation des processus de travail par l’adaptation et la mise en œuvre dans l’entreprise d’un logiciel de gestion des ressources humaines. 2.Promouvoir la mobilité géographique en assurant des transports organisés aux salariés vivant en dehors du lieu d’affectation.3. Modernisation des équipements de protection individuelle et des vêtements de travail spéciaux pour accroître la protection individuelle de la santé des travailleurs dans l’entreprise.4. Améliorer les conditions de protection collective et de sécurité du travail.5. Amélioration des conditions de récréation à court terme des travailleurs dans l’entreprise et fourniture de prestations sociales.6. Information et publicité pour promouvoir le projet et la contribution du Fonds social européen.7. Gestion et rapports du projet.Les activités qui contribuent à améliorer l’environnement de travail dans l’entreprise en modernisant les systèmes de gestion des ressources humaines et en garantissant des conditions de travail saines et sûres contribueront à la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques du programme opérationnel pour le développement des ressources humaines (PO HRD) dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie Europe 2020 dans le domaine de l’emploi, de la lutte contre la pauvreté et de l’exclusion sociale. Toutes les activités du projet sont organisées de manière à garantir une utilisation efficiente et efficace des ressources financières et humaines. (French)
