Przedmiotem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu efektywności energetycznej 3 budynków użyteczności publicznej ZHP Chorągwi Kieleckiej w Starachowicach (OSI), Busku-Zdroju oraz Końskich. Zakres projektu wynika z przeprowadzonych audytów energetycznych oraz efektywności energetycznej i obejmuje: przeprowadzenie głębokiej, kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynków wraz z modernizacją instalacji c.o., wymianę źródeł ciepła, budowę instalacji c.w.u. oraz 2 instalacji OZE. Planowana inwestycja wynika z właściwych PGN. Dwa budynki znajdują się na obszarze objętym GPR. Projekt jest zgodny z POPWŚ oraz celem szczegółowym priorytetu inwestycyjnego 4.c. wspieranie efektywności energetycznej inteligentnego zarządzania energią i wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii w infrastrukturze publicznej, w tym w budynkach publicznych i sektorze mieszkaniowym oraz celem szczegółowym działania 3.3 Poprawa efektywności energetycznej z wykorzystaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym RPOWŚ 2014- 2020, tj.: „Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków publicznych oraz sektora mieszkaniowego”. Projekt przewiduje zastosowanie wyłącznie nowych materiałów/urządzeń. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągnięcie następujących wielkości wskaźników: rezultatu: il. zaoszczędzonej e.e.:3,47MWh/rok, il. zaoszczędzonej e.c.: 503,08GJ/rok, zmniejszenie zużycia e.k.: 522,32GJ/rok, szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 85,53Mg/rok, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia e.p. w budynkach publicznych:248942,91kWh/rok oraz wskaźniki produktu: liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków 3szt.,pow. użytk. budynków poddanych termomodernizacji:1000,33m2, liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła:2 szt., l. wyb. j. wytwarzania e.e. z OZE:2szt..Okres realizacji projektu: 01.01.2019– 31.07.2021 r. The object of the project is to increase the energy efficiency level of 3 public buildings ZHP Chorągwi Kielcka in Starachowice (OSI), Busku-Zdrój and Końskie. The scope of the project results from energy audits and energy efficiency and includes: carrying out deep, comprehensive thermomodernisation of buildings with modernisation of central heating installations, replacement of heat sources, construction of hot water installations and 2 RES installations. The planned investment results from the relevant PGN. Two buildings are located in the GPR area. The project is in line with the POPWŚ and the specific objective of investment priority 4.c. to promote energy efficiency of smart energy management and the use of renewable energy sources in public infrastructure, including public buildings and the housing sector, and specific objective 3.3 Improving energy efficiency with the use of renewable energy sources in the public and residential sector of the RPOWŚ 2014-2020, i.e.: “Increased energy efficiency in public buildings and the housing sector”. The project provides for the use of only new materials/devices. The implementation of the project will enable the following indicators to be achieved: result: amount of saved e.e.:3,47MWh/year, il. e.c. saved: 503,08GJ/year, reduced consumption: 522,32GJ/year, estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions: 85,53Mg/year, reduction in annual e.p. consumption in buildings publicznych:248942,91kWh/rok and output indicators: number of energy-modified buildings 3 pcs., after-use of buildings subjected to termomodernizacji:1000,33m2, number of modernised heat sources: 2 units, l. u. manufacturing e.e. from OZE:2szt..Okres project implementation: 01.01.2019-31.07.2021 Total costs: PLN 609221,31,EU contribution 365600PLN own contribution 243621.31zł (English)
