El objetivo principal de este proyecto es desarrollar una máquina social tecnológicamente avanzada basada en computación social y tecnologías Big Data, para la detección temprana del talento y su gestión fuera del entorno de las organizaciones, favoreciendo, de esta forma, la cooperación entre el mundo empresarial y el de la enseñanza._x000D_ _x000D_ La definición e implementación de una máquina social de estas características requiere de mecanismos que permitan extraer conocimiento a partir de la información (conocimiento, habilidades, actitud, compromiso, contexto) y realizar una fusión adecuada que permita enriquecer la información manejada en la actualidad._x000D_ _x000D_ A través del presente proyecto las Empresas podrán disponer de una amplia base de datos, más allá de los sistemas propios, y poder establecer canales de comunicación con estudiantes, con los que proponerles retos y formación específica en áreas de interés para esos estudiantes. Por parte de las Universidades y otros centros de enseñanza podrán conocer las inquietudes del mundo laboral y, de esta forma, poder adaptar la enseñanza de una forma más temprana a las necesidades de las empresas. Por parte de las Personas, principalmente estudiantes, permitirán incrementar su empleabilidad y adquirir conocimientos más específicos en áreas de su interés. (Spanish)

The main objective of this project is to develop a technologically advanced social machine based on social computing and Big Data technologies, for the early detection of talent and its management outside the organisation environment, thus favoring cooperation between the business and the teaching world._x000D_ _x000D_ The definition and implementation of a social machine of these characteristics requires mechanisms to extract knowledge from information (knowledge, skills, attitude, commitment, context) and make an adequate fusion to enrich the information currently handled._x000D_ _x000D_ Through this project, companies will be able to have a wide database, beyond their own systems, and be able to establish communication channels with students, with which to propose challenges and specific training in areas of interest to these students. Universities and other educational institutions will be able to understand the concerns of the world of work and thus be able to adapt teaching earlier to the needs of companies. On the part of people, mainly students, they will increase their employability and acquire more specific knowledge in areas of interest. (English)
