С настоящата инвестиция, "ДИП БОГДАН" ЕООД кандидатства за разширение на същестуващо предприятие за производство на пелети чрез изграждане на пристройка за предварително изсушаване на дървесни частици и закупуване на технологично оборудване. В новата пристройка съответно ще бъдат разположени сушилня за предсушене на суровина, както и съпътстващо технологично оборудване към нея.Предвидената за изграждане пристройка за предварително изсушаване на дървесни частици е предвидена като едноетажна сграда с различна височина съобразно технологичните изисквания. Конструкцията ще бъде дървена, ограждащите стени са от стоматобетон, дървена обшивка от двете страни и остъкляване с дървена дограма. Новата пристройка ще е с обща застроена площ от 385 кв.м.Съответно, по настоящото инвестиционно намерение е предвидено за закупуване следното технологично оборудване за сушилня, окомплектована със следните машини и съоръжения:-Въздухоподгревател,-Въздуховод 20°C-Въздушен вентилатор,-Димоход 180°,-Вентилатор за димни газове ВП, -Димоход 550°C,-Димоход 550°C,-Горивотранспортна лента-Котел ПК-1.5 с Q=960kW, с горивно устройство-Стълби и площадки за обслужване,-Въздуховод за горивен въздух,-Вентилатор горивен въздух,-Калорифер за горивен въздух,-Помпен възел с комплектация,-Димоход 1,-Циклонна батерия,-Димоход 2,-Вентилатор за димни газове ПК-1,5 -Стоманен комин,-Димоход 3,-Наклонен транспортьор за чипс,-Захранващо устройство със сито,-Бункер за влажен чипс,-Барабанна сушилня,-Разтоварващ циклон УЦ-1800,-Димоход 4,-Вентилатор за димни газове,-Чукова мелница,-Тръбопровод за смлян подсушен чипс,-Ръкавен филтър със шлюзов питател,-Въздуховод ръкавен филтър,-Вентилатор ръкавен филтър.Новите машини и технологичното оборудване ще се разположат в новоизградената пристройка до съществуващата производствена сграда. With the current investment, DIP BOGDAN Ltd. has applied for an extension of an existing plant for the production of pellets through the construction of an annex for pre-drying wood particles and the purchase of technological equipment. In the new annex will be located a dryer for pre-drying raw material, as well as accompanying technological equipment to it. The planned annex for pre-drying wood particles is provided as a one-storey building of different heights according to the technological requirements. The construction will be wooden, the surrounding walls are made of stomatoconcrete, wooden cladding on both sides and glazing with wooden joinery. The new annex will have a total built-up area of 385 sq.m. Accordingly, under this investment plan, the following technological equipment for a dryer is purchased, equipped with the following machines and equipment:-Air heater,-Air 20 °C-Air fan,-Flower 180°,- Fluid gas ventilator, -floor 550 °C,-Swivel 550 °C,- Fuel conveyor belt-Kotel PK-1.5 with Q=960kW, with fuel unit — Stairs and service sites,- Fuel air air air,-Fuel air ventilator,- Fuel air calorifer,- Pump assembly,-shield 1,-Cycone Battery,-Driving 2,-Flow-gas Ventilator PK-1,5 — Steel chimney,-Dimmable Chips Carrier 3,-Sieve Conditioner,--Wet Chips Bucker,-Dryer Dryer,-Unloading Cyclone UC-1800,-spray 4,-Flow gas fan,-Chukova grinder,-Pipeline for ground dried chips,-Manual filter with sluice feeder,-Air bag filter,-ventilator bag filter.The new machinery and technological equipment will be located in the newly built annex to the existing production building. Avec l’investissement actuel, DIP BOGDAN Ltd. a demandé l’extension d’une usine existante pour la production de granulés par la construction d’une annexe pour le pré-séchage des particules de bois et l’achat d’équipements technologiques. Dans la nouvelle annexe, on trouvera un séchoir pour le préséchage des matières premières, ainsi que des équipements techniques qui accompagnent celle-ci. L’annexe prévue pour le préséchage des particules de bois est un bâtiment d’un étage de différentes hauteurs en fonction des exigences technologiques. La construction sera en bois, les murs environnants sont en stomatoconcrete, revêtement en bois sur les deux côtés et vitrage avec menuiserie en bois. La nouvelle annexe aura une superficie totale de 385 m². En conséquence, dans le cadre de ce plan d’investissement, les équipements technologiques suivants pour un séchoir sont achetés, équipés des machines et équipements suivants:-Réchauffeur à air,-Air 20 °C- Ventilateur d’air,-Fleur 180°,- Ventilateur de gaz fluide, -sol 550 °C,-Vide 550 °C,- Courroie transporteuse de carburant-Kotel PK-1.5 avec Q=960kW, avec unité de carburant — Escaliers et sites de service,- air air-carburant,- ventilateur d’air carburant,- calorifère d’air de carburant,- assemblage de pompe,-écran 1,-Cycone batterie,-conduite 2,-ventilateur à gaz de débit PK-1,5 — cheminée en acier,-porte-distributeur de copeaux 3,-Sieve Conditionneur,-Wet Chips Bucker, sèche-sécheuse,-déchargement Cyclone UC-1800,-projecteur 4,-Flow gaz ventilateur,-Chukova meuleuse,-Pipeline pour copeaux séchés au sol,-filtre manuel avec embout de sluice,-filtre à sac d’air,-filtre de sac de ventilation. Les nouvelles machines et l’équipement technologique seront situés dans l’annexe nouvellement construite au bâtiment de production existant. (French)
