CEL: Przywrócenie zdolności 60 mieszkańców obszarów o ponadprzeciętnym poziomie wykluczenia społecznego w województwie pomorskim (62%K), zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym ze względu na korzystanie/kwalifikowanie się do otrzymania świadczenia pomocy społecznej [PS], do udziału w życiu społeczno-zawodowym poprzez poprawę zdolności uczestników projektu [UP] do zatrudnienia w zawodach zgodnych z zapotrzebowaniem lokalnego rynku pracy [RP] oraz włączenie społeczne w okresie 01.12.2019-30.06.2021. ZAKRES: Realizacja usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym i zawodowym, dopasowanych do predyspozycji UP i opowiadających na zapotrzebowanie lokalnego RP. EFEKT PROJEKTU: Ograniczenie zagrożenia wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez realizację wsparcia zwiększającego szanse UP na powrót do aktywności społeczno-zawodowej. GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ [GD] stanowi 60 osób (38K/22M), które w dniu objęcia pierwszą formą wsparcia (IŚR) spełnią łącznie następujące kryteria: 1. Wiek 18-64 lata; 2. Status osoby biernej zawodowo lub bezrobotnej, wymagającej w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ.; 3. Status osoby zagrożonej ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z powodu korzystania lub kwalifikowania się do otrzymania PS; 4. Zamieszkiwanie, zgodnie z KC, na obszarze o ponadprzeciętnym poziomie wykluczenia społecznego w woj. pomorskim. W RAMACH REALIZACJI I TYPU PROJ. PLANUJE SIĘ NASTĘPUJĄCE USŁUGI AKTYWNEJ INTEGRACJI: 1. Opracowanie IŚR; 2. Poradnictwo psychologiczne; 3. Trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych; 4. Doradztwo zawodowe; 5. Szkolenia zawodowe; 6. Pośrednictwo pracy; 7. Staże zawodowe. PROJEKT ZAKŁADA OSIĄGNIĘCIE PONIŻSZYCH REZULTATÓW: 1. Min. 34% UP poprawi swoją sytuację społeczną; 2. Min. 12% osób niepełnosprawnych [ON] i min. 25% pozostałych os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. zdobędzie zatrudnienie i utrzyma je przez min. 3 m-ce po zakończeniu udziału w proj.; 3. Min. 40% UP uzyska kwalifikacje lub kompetencje zawod. (Polish)

OBJECTIVE: Restoring the capacity of 60 inhabitants of areas with above-average levels of social exclusion in Pomorskie voivodship (62 % K), at risk of poverty or social exclusion due to the use/qualification for social assistance [PS], to participate in socio-professional life by improving the ability of [OP] project participants to work in professions in line with the needs of the local labour market [RP] and social inclusion in the period 01.12.2019-30.06.2021. SCOPE: Implementation of active inclusion services of a social and professional nature, tailored to the predisposition of the PU and telling the needs of the local Republic of Poland. PROJECT EFFECT: Reduce the risk of social exclusion by implementing support to increase the chances of the PA to return to socio-professional activity. The [GD] group consists of 60 persons (38K/22M) who, on the date of the first form of support, will meet the following cumulative criteria: 1. Age 18-64; 2. The status of inactive or unemployed person requiring, as a priority, active inclusion services of a social nature; 3. The status of a person at risk of poverty or social exclusion because of the use or eligibility for FVCs; 4. Living, in accordance with the CC, in an area with an above-average level of social exclusion in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. AS PART OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND TYPE OF PROJECT. THE FOLLOWING ACTIVE INCLUSION SERVICES ARE PLANNED: 1. Development of MA; 2. Psychological counselling; 3. Training of social competences and skills; 4. Career guidance; 5. Vocational training; 6. Placement of labour; 7. Internships. THE PROJECT AIMS TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING RESULTS: 1. At least 34 % of the UP will improve its social situation; 2. At least 12 % of persons with disabilities [ON] and at least 25 % of the remaining persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion will gain employment and maintain them for at least 3 months after the end of the project; 3. At least 40 % of the UP will obtain qualifications or professional competence. (English)
