[zagroż U/WS] z pow.m.Lublin,lubelski,lubartowsk.,chemski,m.Chełm,hrubieszowski,krasnostawk.,łęczyński,kraśnicki,biłgorajski woj.lubelskiego [WL] w wieku pow. 18 roku życia (55K,29M) do 06.2023r. przez realizację kompleksowego programu aktywizacji społ.-zawod.obejmujący: diagnozę indyw. potrzeb i potencjałów U proj.,Warsztaty komp. i umiejętności społ.,porad. specjalist.(porad. socjalne,psycholog.,wsparcie specjalistyczne ON), pośred. pracy,szkolenia komp.,szkolenia zawod., staże. Działania: diagnoza indyw. potrzeb i potencjałów U proj.,Warsztaty komp. i umiejętności społ.,porad. specjalist.(porad. socjalne,psycholog.,wsparcie specjalistyczne ON), pośred. pracy,szkolenia komp.,szkolenia zawod., staże GD- 84ON zagroż U/WS w wieku powyżej 18r.ż (55K/29M) zamieszkujące jeden z w/w pow.-pkt.1.8 wniosku WL, w tym 100% niezatrud. ON (w tym 72% os. biernych zawod., 28%os. bezrob. zagroż. wyklucz. ze względu na przesłanki inne niż tylko bezrob., 65%K, 35%M, 60%os. o niskich kwalifik., 55%os. ze wsi). Główne Rez. proj: - L. osób zagroż. U/WS, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu- 72os. - L. osób zagroż. U/WS poszuk. pracy po opuszczeniu programu-39os. - L. osób zagroż. U/WS pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z prac. na własny rachunek.)- 21os. Proj. zapewnia min. poziom efektywności społ. i zatrud. - w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnosprawn. minimalny poziom efektywności społ.-34%, a min. poziom efektywności zatrud.– 12%; -w odniesieniu do pozostałych osób zagroż. Main objective of the project-increasing socio-occupational activity and employment opportunities in 84 persons with disabilities [ON] not difficult. Threat U/excl. [threat U/WS] with Lublin,lubelski,lubartowsk.,Chemese,m.Chełm,hrubieszowski,krasnostawk.,łęczyński,kraśnicki,Biłgorajski woj.lubelski [WL] at the age of the area. 18 years of age (55K,29M) until 06.2023 through the implementation of a comprehensive program of social activation-professional including: diagnosis of Individual needs and potentials Proj.,Computer workshop and community skills,advice specialist.(social counselling,psychologist.,special support ON), job assistance,company training,professional training,internships. Actions: diagnosis of Individual Needs and Potentials Proj.,Computer Workshops and Joint Skills,Advice Specialist.(social counselling,psychologist.,specialist support ON), job assistance,Company training,professional training,internships GD-84ON will threaten U/WS over the age of 18 (55K/29M) residing one of the above-mentioned area-point.1.8 of the WL application, including 100 % free of effort. He (including 72 % of passive jobs, 28 % of those who are unemployed are excluded because of reasons other than unemployment, 65 % K, 35 %M, 60 % with low qualifications, 55 % from the countryside). Main Rez. proj: L. people are in danger. U/WS who have obtained a qualification or acquired competence after leaving the programme – 72 persons. L. people are in danger. U/WS job search after leaving the program-39os. L. people are in danger. U/WS working after leaving the programme (including self-employed work)- 21 persons. The project provides a minimum level of efficiency and difficulty. — for people with disabilities, a minimum level of efficiency of between 34 % and a minimum of 12 %; —in relation to other persons, the threat. U/WS min. effective level – 34 % and min. effective level – 25 %. Indicator on an ongoing monitor. and monitor results. transmitted to IP. Verification and measurement indicate by Sp.ds. implementation of the project within 3 months from the end of U participation in the project. (English)
