Projekt „OD BIERNOŚCI DO AKTYWNOŚCI-aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym” realizowany będzie przez Elbląską Radę Konsultacyjną Osób Niepełnosprawnych na terenie powiatu elbląskiego grodzkiego i ziemskiego w okresie 25 miesięcy. Jest to projekt partnerski z Powiatowym Urzędem Pracy w Elblągu. Podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 60 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym w wieku 15-64 z terenu Elbląga i powiatu elbląskiego (w tym 36 osób niepełnosprawnych,36 kobiet,24 mężczyzn) w okresie 25 miesięcy Projekt realizowany będzie w 2 turach, każda po 12 miesięcy. Projekt zakłada realizację 3 głównych zadań: wieloprofilowa diagnoza; reintegracja społeczna; reintegracja zawodowa. UP objęci będą następującymi działaniami: indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie psychologa; poradnictwo prawne i specjalistyczne (w tym dla osób niepełnosprawnych); wsparcie doradcy zawodowego; usługa trenera pracy; szkolenia, staże, zatrudnienie i monitoring pracy. Każdy UP zostanie objęty minimum 3 formami wsparcia, 16 osób odbędzie 3-miesięczne staże zawodowe,30 osób zostanie objętych szkoleniami zawodowymi. Poziom wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnienia -15 osób. Wsparcie UP realizowane będzie w oparciu o Model „Wiek Gorącego Ziemniaka”-pozytywnie zwalidowany projekt innowacyjno-testujący pn:”Indywidualne ścieżki zatrudnienia”. (Polish)

The project “From inactivity TO ACTIVITY – socio-professional activation of people at risk of social exclusion” will be carried out by the Elbląska Consultative Board of People with Disabilities in the area of Elbląg Grodzka and terrestrial districts within 25 months. It is a partnership project with the County Labour Office in Elbląg. Increase socio-occupational activity of 60 people at risk of social exclusion aged 15-64 from Elbląg and Elbląg district (including 36 disabled people,36 women, 24 men) within 25 months The project will be carried out in 2 tours, each 12 months. The project assumes 3 main tasks: multi-profile diagnosis; social reintegration; it’s a professional reintegration. Up will be covered by the following activities: individual and group support for psychologist; legal and specialised counselling (including for people with disabilities); support to a professional adviser; job coach service; training, internships, employment and job monitoring. Each UP will be covered by at least 3 forms of support, 16 people will receive 3 months of professional internships,30 people will be covered by vocational training. Employment efficiency ratio -15 people. The support of UP will be implemented on the basis of the model “The Age of Hot Potato” – a positively validated innovative and testing project called “Individual employment paths”. (English)

Le projet «De l’inactivité à l’action — activation socioprofessionnelle des personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale» sera réalisé par le Conseil consultatif des personnes handicapées d’Elbląg dans le district d’Elbląg Grodzkie et la Terre pendant une période de 25 mois. Il s’agit d’un projet de partenariat avec le bureau du travail du district d’Elbląg. Augmentation de l’activité socioprofessionnelle de 60 personnes menacées d’exclusion sociale à l’âge de 15 à 64 ans en provenance de la région d’Elbląg et du district d’Elbląg (dont 36 personnes handicapées, 36 femmes, 24 hommes) sur une période de 25 mois. Le projet assume 3 tâches principales: diagnostic multiprofil; la réinsertion sociale; réinsertion professionnelle. Les UPS seront couverts par les actions suivantes: soutien individuel et collectif d’un psychologue; conseils juridiques et spécialisés (y compris pour les personnes handicapées); soutien aux conseillers de carrière; service de formateur d’emploi; formation, stages, emploi et suivi de l’emploi. Chaque UP sera couvert par un minimum de 3 formes de soutien, 16 personnes effectueront des stages de 3 mois, 30 personnes seront couvertes par la formation professionnelle. Indice d’efficacité de l’emploi -15 personnes. L’aide au renforcement sera mise en œuvre sur la base du modèle «L’âge chaud de la pomme de terre», un projet d’innovation et d’essai validé positivement appelé «Sentiers individuels en matière d’emploi».
