Projekt „ROZWÓJ!- ATYWIZACJA SPOŁECZNA I ZAWODOWA” realizowany będzie przez STOWARZYSZENIE DLA EUROPY w partnerstwie z INSTYTUTEM ROZWOJU na terenie powiatu elbląskiego grodzkiego i ziemskiego w okresie 26 miesięcy. Projekt wdraża produkt finalny proj. innow: "Wybierz przyszłość-innowac.narzędzia wspom.interwencję socjalną"Dobre praktyki EFS oraz wyprac. przez ERKON-Modelu „Wiek gorącego ziemniaka”w ramach proj. Innowacyjno testującego z kompon. ponadnar.(Finalista RegioStars-Konkurs KE),z listy projektów innowacyjnych KIW. Celem jest - podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 20 osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykl.społ,w tym osoby niepełnsprawne, długotrwale bezrobotne/nieaktywne zawodowo oddalone od rynku pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP na III profilu, w wieku 15-64 (12 K i 8M). Poziom wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnienia dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami -12%, a dla pozostałych uczestników objętych wsparciem – 25%. Projekt realizowany będzie w 2 turach, każda po 12 miesięcy. Projekt zakłada realizację 3 głównych zadań: wieloprofilowa diagnoza; reintegracja społeczna; reintegracja zawodowa. UP objęci będą następującymi działaniami: indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie psychologa; wsparcie doradcy zawodowego; usługa trenera pracy; szkolenia, staże, zatrudnienie i monitoring pracy. The project “ROZOWY!- Social and SOCIAL ATIVISION” will be implemented by the COMPANY FOR EUROPE in partnership with the Institute of ROZWOJ in the area of the district of Elbląg Grodzka and land within a period of 26 months. The project implements the final product project. innow: “Select the future-innovac.tools mentioned.Social intervention”Good practices of the ESF and work out by the ERKON-Model “The Age of Hot Potato” as part of the project. Innovatively tested with supranar. (Finalista RegioStars-Competition EC), from the list of innovative projects of KIW. The aim is to increase the socio-occupational activity of 20 people at risk of poverty and/or out-of-life groups, including the disabled, long-term unemployed/inactive persons away from the labour market, registered in the PUP on the III profile, aged 15-64 (12 K and 8M). Employment efficiency ratio for people with disabilities -12 % and 25 % for other supported participants. The project will be implemented in 2 tours, each for 12 months. The project assumes 3 main tasks: multi-profile diagnosis; social reintegration; it’s a professional reintegration. Up will be covered by the following activities: individual and group support for psychologist; support to a professional adviser; job coach service; training, internships, employment and job monitoring. Le projet «Revelopment! — ATIVIATION SOCIALE ET AUTHORITÉ» sera mis en œuvre par l’ASSOCIATION FOR EUROPA en partenariat avec l’Institut de Développement dans le domaine des districts d’Elbląg et de la Terre sur une période de 26 mois. Le projet met en œuvre le produit final proj. dansNow: «Choisir les outils d’innovation pour l’avenir à l’appui de l’intervention sociale»Bonnes pratiques du FSE et développées par le modèle ERKON «Hot Potato Age» dans le cadre du projet. Tests innovants avec compon. supranar. (finalista RegioStars-EC Competition), à partir de la liste des projets innovants de la KVI. L’objectif est d’accroître l’activité socioprofessionnelle de 20 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou de mauvaise pratique, y compris les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée et les personnes inactives en dehors du marché du travail, inscrites à l’OLP sur le troisième profil, âgées de 15 à 64 ans (12 K et 8M). Taux de rendement en matière d’emploi pour les personnes handicapées — 12 % et 25 % pour les autres participants bénéficiant d’un soutien. Le projet sera mis en œuvre en 2 cycles, chacun après 12 mois. Le projet assume 3 tâches principales: diagnostic multiprofil; la réinsertion sociale; réinsertion professionnelle. Les UPS seront couverts par les actions suivantes: soutien individuel et collectif d’un psychologue; soutien aux conseillers de carrière; service de formateur d’emploi; formation, stages, emploi et suivi de l’emploi.
