Głównym celem proj. jest wzrost do 29.02.2020r. aktywności społ./zawod./eduk. u 14os. [9K/5M w tym 2os.z niepełnospr.] w wieku 15-64l.w tym os.bezrob. [I-III profil] zagroż.ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społ.z pow.giżyckiego oraz objęcie tych os. [w tym ich otoczenia w zakresie, w jakim jest to niezbędne dla wsparcia os.wykluczonych społ.objętych wsparciem] działaniami aktywnej integracji skutkującej uzyskaniem zatrud.przez minimum 25% uczest.proj.do 3m-cy od zakończ.udziału w proj. Rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji proj. to: a) liczba osób zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wykl.społ.objętych wsparciem w programie: 14os.(9K/5M) b) liczba osób z niepełnospr.objętych wsparciem w programie: 2os.(1K/1M) c) liczba osób zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wykl.społ.pracujących po opuszczeniu programu: 4os.(2K/2M) d) liczba osób zagroż.ubóstwem i/lub wykl.społ.,które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu: 5os.(3K/2M) e) wskaźnik efektywności społ.[minimum 34% grupy docelowej-5os./3K/2M] f) wskaźnik efektywności zatrud.[minimum 25% grupy docelowej-4os./2K/2M]. W proj.przewidziano następujące formy wsparcia dla uczest.proj.-[14os./9K/5M w tym 2os.z niepełnospr.]: - grupowe warsztaty psych.-społ.-(160 godzin) - grupowy warsztat zawod.-dorad.-(40 godzin) połączony z indywidualnym poradnictwem zawod.[w tym wypracowywanie IPD/ścieżki reintegracji-po 4 godziny na osobę) - szkolenia zawod.w ramach IKS (Indywid.Kupon Szkol.) dostosowane do umiejętności i predyspozycji uczestników oraz potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy-(1 szkolenie do wyboru trwające średnio 150 godzin dydaktycznych na 1 uczestnika proj.) - indywid.pradnictwo psychologiczne-(przez okres 16m-cy) - indywid.pośrednictwo pracy-(przez okres 10m-cy) - 6 m-czny staż zawod.[50% grupy docelowej]. Przewidziano także wsparcie towarzyszące jak: stypendia, wyżywienie, zwrot kosztów dojazdu, zwrot kosztów opieki nad os.zależnymi/dzieckiem, pokrycie kosztów niezbędnych badań lekarskich i ubezpieczeń. [I-III profile] risk.risk of poverty and/or exclusion of the population from the region of Giżycki and the coverage of these people. [including their environment to the extent that it is necessary to support people excluded from the supported population] active inclusion activities resulting in gaining employment. by a minimum of 25 % of participation.proj.up to 3 months from the end of participation in the project. The results to be achieved by implementing the project are: a) The number of persons at risk of poverty and/or the population covered by the programme: 14person(9K/5M) b) the number of persons under-supported in the programme: 2person(1K/1M) c) number of persons at risk.poverty and/or group working after leaving the programme: 4person(2K/2M) d) the number of persons at risk of poverty and/or the populations who have been qualified after leaving the programme: 5P.(3K/2M) e) Efficiency Index in South[minimum 34 % of target group-5person/3K/2M] f) employment efficiency ratio.[minimum 25 % of target group-4os/2K/2M]. The project provides for the following forms of support for participants.projects-[14os./9K/5M of which 2 persons from less than half]: — group psych workshops.-(160 hours) – group workshop.--advice.-(40 hours) combined with individual professional guidance.[including development of IPD/reintegration path- 4 hours per person) – professional training within the framework of IKS (Individuals.Kupon School). Accompanying support is also provided for: scholarships, board, reimbursement of travel expenses, reimbursement of the costs of care for dependents/child, payment of necessary medical examinations and insurance. [9K/5M dont 2 personnes avec une p.m. partielle] âgées de 15 à 64 ans, y compris les chômeurs. [Profil I-III] risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale de la région de Gyšice et couverture de ces personnes. [y compris leur environnement, dans la mesure où cela est nécessaire pour soutenir les personnes exclues du soutien] par des mesures d’inclusion active entraînant des difficultés pour au moins 25 % de la participation au projet jusqu’à trois mois à compter de la fin du projet. Les résultats à atteindre grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet seront les suivants: nombre de personnes menacées de pauvreté et/ou de probation soutenues par le programme: 14 personnes (9K/5M) b) nombre de personnes bénéficiant d’un soutien partiel dans le programme: 2 personnes (1K/1M) c) nombre de personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou de ponctuation après avoir quitté le programme: 4 personnes (2K/2M) d) Nombre de personnes menacées de pauvreté et/ou de probation ayant obtenu des qualifications après avoir quitté le programme: 5personne(3K/2M) e) Ratio d’efficacité sociale [minimum 34 % du groupe cible-5personnes./3K/2M] f) Ratio de performance difficile.[minimum 25 % du groupe cible-4os/2K/2M]. Le projet prévoit les formes suivantes de soutien à la participation au projet.-[14os./9K/5M, y compris 2 personnes avec une partie-pr.]: — atelier de groupe psych.---(160 heures) — atelier de groupe de conseil professionnel.-(40 heures) combiné avec la profession d’orientation individuelle.[y compris le développement de la DPI/la voie de réinsertion — 4 heures par personne) — formation professionnelle au sein de l’IKS (Individual.Kupon School.) adaptée aux compétences et prédispositions des participants et aux besoins du marché du travail local-(1 formation à sélectionner d’une durée moyenne de 150 heures d’enseignement pour 1 participant du projet) — - — psychologie individuelle-(pour une période de 16 mois) — emploi individuel-(pour une période de 10 mois) — 6 mois d’expérience professionnelle.[50 % du groupe cible]. Il prévoit également un soutien d’accompagnement, notamment: bourses d’études, repas, remboursement des frais de voyage, remboursement des frais de prise en charge des personnes à charge/enfants, couvrant les frais d’examen médical et d’assurance nécessaires.
