Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 35 osób (22K, 13M) zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa lub wykluczenia społecznego w wieku 18-64 lata, w tym osób bezrobotnych zakwalifikowanych do trzeciego profilu pomocy, zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Jedwabno, Wielbark oraz Rozogi w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego poprzez objęcie ich w okresie od 01.09.2017 do 31.10.2018 roku usługami aktywnej integracji, w tym instrumentami aktywizacji społecznej i edukacyjnej, prowadzącymi do podjęcia zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 20% uczestników (7 os.). W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania: indywidualna ścieżka reintegracji, aktywizacja społeczna i edukacyjna uczestników - zajęcia grupowe, aktywizacja społeczna i edukacyjna uczestników - zajęcia indywidualne, kursy i szkolenia zawodowe. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 35 osób (22K, 13M) w wieku 18-64 lata z terenu gmin: Jedwabno, Wielbark oraz Rozogi, zagrożone ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w tym osoby bezrobotne, które zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w trzeciej grupie osób (tzw. oddalonych od rynku pracy). Dzięki realizacji projektu 35 osób z gmin Jedwabno, Wielbark oraz Rozogi zwiększy swoją aktywność społeczną i zawodową, podniesie swoje kompetencje społeczne i uzyska kwalifikacje niezbędne na rynku pracy. The main objective of the project is to increase the social and professional participation of 35 people (22K, 13M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion aged 18-64, including unemployed persons qualified for the third aid profile, residing in the municipality of Jedwabno, Wielbark and Rozogi within the meaning of the Civil Code by extending them to active inclusion services between 01.09.2017 and 31.10.2018, including social and educational activation instruments leading to employment by at least 20 % of participants (7). The project will carry out the following tasks: individual path of reintegration, social and educational activation of participants – group activities, social and educational activation of participants – individual activities, courses and vocational training. The target group of the project is 35 people (22K, 13M) aged 18-64 years from communes: Jedwabno, Wielbark and Rozogi, at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including unemployed persons who, in accordance with the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, are in a third group of people (so-called remote from the labour market). With the implementation of the project, 35 people from the municipalities of Jedwabno, Wielbark and Rozogi will increase their social and professional activity, increase their social competences and acquire the necessary qualifications in the labour market. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’activité sociale et professionnelle de 35 personnes (22 000, 13 millions) exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale âgées de 18 à 64 ans, y compris les chômeurs qualifiés pour le troisième profil d’aide, résidant dans la commune de Jedwabno, Wielbark et Rozogi au sens du Code civil, en leur fournissant des services d’inclusion active, y compris des instruments d’activation sociale et éducative, conduisant à l’emploi d’au moins 20 % des participants (7 personnes). Le projet s’acquittera des tâches suivantes: parcours de réinsertion individuelle, activation sociale et éducative des participants — activités de groupe, activation sociale et éducative des participants — classes individuelles, cours et formation professionnelle. Le groupe cible du projet est de 35 personnes (22K, 13M) âgées de 18 à 64 ans provenant des communes: Jedwabno, Wielbark et Rozogi, menacés de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, y compris les chômeurs qui, conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et aux institutions du marché du travail, font partie du troisième groupe de personnes (ce qu’on appelle ce que l’on appelle le marché du travail). Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, 35 personnes des communes de Jedwabno, Wielbark et Rozogi vont accroître leur activité sociale et professionnelle, accroître leurs compétences sociales et obtenir les qualifications nécessaires sur le marché du travail.
