Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie do 31.07.2019 aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 30(18K) osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, zamieszkałych na obszarze realizacji projektu oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 8 osób do 4 tygodni od zakończenia udziału w projekcie. W ramach projektu przewidziane są następujące formy wsparcia: -warsztaty motywacyjno-integracyjne -opracowanie indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji -indywidualne poradnictwo psychologiczne -trening umiejętności i kompetencji społecznych -indywidualne poradnictwo specjalistyczne -szkolenia zawodowe zgodne z zapotrzebowaniem lokalnego rynku pracy -warsztaty „Aktywni na rynku pracy” -wsparcie w znalezieniu zatrudnienia -staże zawodowe. Projekt skierowany jest do osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 18-64 (w tym osób bezrobotnych, wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji), zamieszkałych na terenie gmin: powiatu bartoszyckiego-Bisztynek, Górowo Ił (wiejska, miejska), Sępopol, Bartoszyce (wiejska) oraz lidzbarskiego - Kiwity (wiejska), Lidzbark Warmiński (wiejska), Lubomino (wiejska), Orneta (za wyjątkiem osób odbywających karę pozbawienia wolności). Wsparciem w ramach projektu objętych zostanie 30(18K) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym 3 osoby. z niepełnosprawnościami i min.9(6K) osób długotrwale bezrobotnych. W wyniku realizowanych działań kwalifikacje zawodowe uzyska 24 osoby, 2os. będą poszukiwać pracy, 8os. podejmie zatrudnienie. W wyniku realizacji projektu do 3 m-cy od zakończenia udziału w projekcie osiągnięta zostanie: 1) dla os.zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym: -efektywność społeczna-min.34% -efektywność zatrudnieniowa-min.25% 2) dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami: -efektywność społeczna-min.34% -efektywność zatrudnieniowa-min.12% (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to raise to 31.07.2019 social and professional participation of 30(18K) people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, residing in the project area and employing at least 8 people to 4 weeks after the completion of the project. The project provides for the following forms of support: —motivating and integration workshops -development of an individual path of reintegration -individual psychological counselling -training of skills and social competences -individual specialist guidance – vocational training in accordance with the needs of the local labour market – workshops “Actives on the labour market” -support in finding employment – vocational internship. The project is aimed at people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64 (including the unemployed, for whom the use of only labour market instruments and services is insufficient and there is a need for active inclusion services first) residing in municipalities: the districts of Bartoszycki-Bisztynek, Górowo Ił (rural, urban), Sępopol, Bartoszyce (rural) and Lidzbarski – Kiwity (rural), Lidzbark Warmiński (rural), Lubomino (rural), Orneta (except for those who receive imprisonment). The project will support 30(18K) people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including 3 people with disabilities and at least 9(6K) long-term unemployed. As a result of the activities carried out, professional qualifications will be obtained by 24 people, 2 people will be looking for a job, 8 people will take up employment. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître, d’ici au 31 juillet 2019, l’activité sociale et professionnelle de 30 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, résidant dans la zone du projet et occupant un emploi d’au moins 8 personnes, à 4 semaines après la fin de la participation au projet. Le projet prévoit les formes de soutien suivantes: —ateliers de motivation et d’intégration — développement d’un parcours individuel de réinsertion -orientation psychologique individuelle -formation d’aptitudes et de compétences sociales -orientation spécialisée individuelle -formation professionnelle en fonction des besoins du marché du travail local -Atelier «Active sur le marché du travail» -Appui à la recherche d’un emploi -stages. Le projet s’adresse aux personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, âgées de 18 à 64 ans (y compris les chômeurs, pour lesquels seuls les instruments et les services du marché du travail sont insuffisants et il est nécessaire de recourir en priorité aux services d’inclusion active), résidant dans les municipalités: District de Bartoszycki-Bisztynek, Górowo Ił (rural, urbain), Sępopol, Bartoszyce (rural) et Lidzbarski-Kivita (rural), Lidzbark Warmiński (rural), Lubomino (rural), Orneta (à l’exception des personnes purgeant une peine privative de liberté). Le projet soutiendra 30(18K) personnes menacées de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, dont 3 personnes handicapées et au moins 9(6K) chômeurs de longue durée. Grâce aux activités menées, 24 personnes obtiendront des qualifications professionnelles, 2 personnes seront à la recherche d’un emploi, 8 personnes prendront un emploi. Suite à la mise en œuvre du projet jusqu’à 3 mois à compter de la fin de la participation au projet: 1) pour les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale: —efficacité sociale-min.34 %-efficacité de l’emploi-min.25 % 2) pour les personnes handicapées: —efficacité sociale-min.34 %-efficacité de l’emploi-min.12 % (French)
