Głównym celem proj. jest zwiększenie do 30.09.2018 aktywności zawod. i zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia u 10os./8K/2M w tym: 5os./4K/1M-bezrobotnych; 3os./2K/1M-nieaktywnych/biernych zawod.; 2os./2K/0M-bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy, powyżej 29 roku życia [tj. od dnia 30 urodzin] z pow.kętrzyńskiego oraz uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez minimum 38% uczestników proj. do 3m-cy od zakończenia udziału w proj. Udział w proj.trwa 14m-cy [1.08.2017-30.09.2018]. Aby przystąpić do proj.trzeba spełniać łącznie warunki: A] mieć ukończone 29 lat; B] mieszkać na terenie pow.kętrzyńskiego; C] posiadać status osoby bezrobotnej lub biernej zawodowo lub bezrobotnej niezarejestrowanej w urzędzie pracy-[weryfikacja statusu następuje na podstawie złożonego oświadczenia]; D] posiadać maksymalnie wykształ.ponadgimnazjalne-[preferowane niższe wykształ.,np.:podstawowe, gimnazjalne]. W przypadku chęci przystąpienia do proj.przez osobę z niepełnospr. poza spełnieniem powyższych warunków trzeba posiadać aktualne orzeczenie o niepełnospr. lub inny dokument określający stan zdrowia. W proj. przewidziano następujące formy wsparcia dla wszystkich uczestników proj.: - grupowy warsztat psychologiczno-doradczy z zakresu technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy-(40 godzin); - poradnictwo zawod. połączone z wypracowywaniem / uaktualnianiem IPD-(4 godziny na osobę); - indywidualne szkolenia zawod.dostosowane do umiejętności i predyspozycji uczestników oraz potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy-(1 szkolenie trwające średnio 150 godzin dydaktycznych na 1 uczestnika proj.); - 4 m-czne staże zawod.; - indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy-(2 godziny na osobę); - 1 giełdę pracy na zakończenie proj. Przewidziano także wsparcie towarzyszące jak: zwrot kosztów dojazdu na każdą z form wsparcia, stypendia szkoleniowe oraz stażowe, wyżywienie-całodniowy catering oraz obiad, zwrot kosztów opieki nad osobami zależnymi / dzieckiem, pokrycie kosztów niezbędnych badań lekarskich i ubezpieczenie NNW. The main objective of the project is to increase to 30.09.2018 occupational activity and employability in 10person/8K/2M including: 5 people/4K/1M-unemployed; 3person/2K/1M-inactive/passive professions; 2Ps./2K/0M-unemployed persons not registered in the employment office, over 29 years of age [i.e. from 30th birthday] from the region of Ketrzyn and gain employment by at least 38 % of project participants to 3 months from the end of participation in the project. Participation in the project lasts 14 months [1.08.2017-30.09.2018]. In order to join the project, it is necessary to meet the following conditions: (a) be 29 years of age or older; B) live in the area of Kętrzyn district; C] have the status of unemployed or out-of-work or unemployed person not registered at the employment office-[the verification of status is based on a declaration made]; D] have the maximum education. above secondary education-[preferred lower education, e.g.:basic, secondary education]. If you wish to enter the project by a person with a disability, in addition to fulfilling the above conditions, you must have an up-to-date disability or other health document. The project provides for the following forms of support for all project participants: — group psychology and advisory workshop in the field of active job search techniques-(40 hours); — career guidance combined with the development/updating of IPD-(4 hours per person); — individual occupational training. tailored to the skills and predispositions of participants and local labour market needs-(1 training lasting on average 150 teaching hours per 1 participant of the project); — 4 m professional internships; — individual job intermediation-(2 hours per person); — 1 job exchange at the end of the project. Accompanying support is also provided for: reimbursement of travel expenses for each form of support, training scholarships and traineeships, meals-all-day catering and lunch, reimbursement of the costs of care for dependents/child, payment of necessary medical examinations and IUU insurance. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’activité de la profession et l’employabilité de 10 personnes/8K/2M d’ici le 30.9.2018, y compris: 5 personnes/4K/1M-chômeurs; 3 personnes/2K/1M-inactive/passive profession; 2p./2K/0M-chômeurs non inscrits au bureau de l’emploi, âgés de plus de 29 ans [c’est-à-dire à partir de la date de leur 30e anniversaire] dans la région de Katrzyński et ayant obtenu un emploi pour un minimum de 38 % des participants au projet jusqu’à 3 mois après la fin de la participation au projet. La participation au projet dure 14 mois [1.08.2017-30.09.2018]. Pour participer au projet, vous devez remplir les conditions cumulatives suivantes: A) être âgé d’au moins 29 ans; B] vivent dans la région de Katrzyn; C] avoir le statut de chômeur, de personne inactive ou de chômeur non inscrit à l’office de l’emploi — [la vérification du statut est effectuée sur la base d’une déclaration]; D] avoir un niveau d’enseignement secondaire maximal — [enseignement inférieur privilégié, par exemple: primaire, premier cycle de l’enseignement secondaire]. Le projet prévoit les formes de soutien suivantes pour tous les participants: — atelier psychologique et de conseil de groupe sur les techniques actives de recherche d’emploi (40 heures); — orientation professionnelle combinée à l’élaboration ou à la mise à jour de la DPI-(4 heures par personne); — formation professionnelle individuelle adaptée aux compétences et à la prédisposition des participants et aux besoins du marché du travail local — (1 formation d’une durée moyenne de 150 heures d’enseignement par participant au projet); — 4 m de stages dans la profession; — placement individuel (2 heures par personne); — 1 échange d’emplois à la fin du projet. Il prévoit également un soutien d’accompagnement, notamment: remboursement des frais de voyage pour chacune des formes de soutien, bourses de formation et de stage, repas-restauration complète et déjeuner, remboursement des frais de prise en charge des personnes à charge/enfants, couvrant les frais des examens médicaux nécessaires et de l’assurance de N.-O.
