Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia wśród osób w wieku powyżej 30 lat życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie braniewskim(os. długotrwale bezrobotne, os.z niepełnosprawnościami, os. starsze w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety). Okres realizacji projektu 01.01.2018-31.12.2018, rekrutacja uczestników do 31.12.2018. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte os. opisane wyżej, którym zostanie przeprowadzona analiza predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych poprzez usługę pośrednictwa pracy, poradnictwa zawodowego. Przygotowane zostaną IPD, a dla osób które je posiadają zostaną one zaktualizowane. Każdy uczestnik otrzyma ofertę wsparcia, obejmująca takie formy pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u niego jako niezbędne w celu poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy. W ramach projektu zrealizowane będą następujące zadania: staże dla 63 os. Uczestnikom odbywającym staż będziemy refundować częściowo koszty przejazdu z miejsca zamieszkania do miejsca odbywania stażu, częściowy zwrot opieki na dzieckiem do lat 7.Wpłata jednorazowych środków na podjecie własnej działalności gospodarczej dla 23 os. Refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia miejsca pracy dla 49 os. oraz prac interwencyjnych zorganizowanie dla 165 os. W ramach projektu planujemy zaktywizowanych zostanie 300 os. Dzięki zastosowanym instrumentom wsparcia stworzone zostaną warunki oraz pomoc w podjęci zatrudnienia lub poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people over 30 years of age who are unemployed in the Braniewski district (persons long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, older people aged over 50 years, low-skilled people, women). Project implementation period 01.01.2018-31.12.2018, recruitment of participants up to 31.12.2018. The project will support people described above, which will analyse professional predispositions and problems through job placement services, vocational guidance. The IPD will be prepared and updated for those who have it. Each participant will receive an offer of support, including forms of assistance which will be identified as necessary in order to improve the situation on the labour market. The project will carry out the following tasks: internships for 63 people. We will reimburse part of the travel costs for traineeship participants from the place of residence to place of traineeship, partial reimbursement of child care under the age of 7.Payment of one-off funds for taking up their own business activity for 23 people. Reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace for 49 persons and intervention work organisation for 165 persons. As part of the project we plan to activate 300 people. The support instruments used will create conditions and help to take up employment or improve the situation on the labour market. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de plus de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Braniev (chômeurs de longue durée, personnes handicapées, personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, personnes peu qualifiées, femmes). Période de mise en œuvre du projet 01.01.2018-31.12.2018, recrutement de participants jusqu’au 31.12.2018. Dans le cadre du projet, un soutien sera apporté à la matière décrite ci-dessus, qui effectuera une analyse des aptitudes et des problèmes professionnels par le service de placement et d’orientation professionnelle. L’IPDS sera préparé et mis à jour pour ceux qui les accompagnent. Chaque participant recevra une offre de soutien, y compris des formes d’assistance qui seront identifiées par le participant comme nécessaires pour améliorer la situation sur le marché du travail. Le projet s’acquittera des tâches suivantes: stages pour 63 personnes. Les stagiaires seront remboursés en partie pour les frais de voyage de leur lieu de résidence au lieu de stage, remboursement partiel de la garde d’enfants jusqu’à 7 ans.Paiement de fonds ponctuels pour le démarrage de leur propre entreprise pour 23 personnes. Remboursement des frais d’équipement ou d’aménagement du lieu de travail pour 49 personnes et d’organisation de travaux d’intervention pour 165 personnes. Dans le cadre du projet, nous prévoyons d’activer 300 personnes. Les instruments de soutien créeront des conditions et contribueront à l’insertion professionnelle ou à l’amélioration du marché du travail. (French)
