Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osóbdo 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie staszowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 44% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskim kwalifikacjami) oraz minimum 59,5% osób niekwalifikujących się do żadnej powyższej grupy docelowej wśród osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osobydo 29 roku życia. Projekt zapewnia możliwość skorzystania ze wsparcia byłym uczestnikom projektów z zakresu wyłączenia społecznego realizowanego w ramach celu tematycznego 9 w RPO oraz współpracuje w tym zakresie z działającymi na obszarze realizacji projektu instytucjami pomocy i integracji społecznej. Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na jej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. W ramach projektu urząd będzie kierował osoby bezrobotne na indywidualne szkolenia, które będą odpowiadały bieżącym potrzebom rynku pracy.Szkolenia będą zgodne ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i potencjałem uczestnika oraz zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami właściwego lub regionalnego rynku pracy. Efektem takich szkoleń będzie uzyskanie kwalifikacji, bądź nabycia kompetencji w rozumieniu Wytycznych w zakresie monitorowania postępu rzeczowego realizacji programów operacyjnych na lata 2014-2020. The project aims to increase employment opportunities for people up to the age of 29 who are unemployed in the district of Staszów. The main result of the project will be to employ a minimum of 44 % of the most vulnerable people in the labour market (disabled people, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled) and a minimum of 59.5 % of those not eligible for any of the above target groups among those registered in the PLO. The project will support people up to the age of 29. The project provides the possibility of benefiting from the support of former participants of projects from the scope of social exclusion implemented under thematic objective 9 in the ROP and cooperates in this respect with institutions operating in the project implementation area of social assistance and integration. For each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, aptitudes and professional problems. On its basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. As part of the project, the Office will direct unemployed people to individual trainings that will meet the current needs of the labour market. Trainings will be in accordance with the diagnosed needs and potential of the participant and the diagnosed needs of the relevant or regional labour market. The effect of such training will be to obtain qualifications or acquire competences within the meaning of the Guidelines for monitoring the physical progress of the operational programmes 2014-2020.
