Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie proszowickimGłównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 147 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP Proszowice. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie efektywność zatrudnieniowa osiągnięta na poziomie co najmniej:- 44% dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED3), imigranci, reemigranci);- 59,5% dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup. The project aims to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Proszowice CountyThe main result of the project will be 147 people registered in PUP Proszowice. As part of the project, people under the age of 30 will be supported.In the framework of the project, for each participant the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant.On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. The main result of the project will be the employment efficiency achieved at the level of at least:- 44 % for the most vulnerable (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED3), immigrants, re-emmigrants); – 59.5 % for other non-members.
