Разкриването на обществена трапезария по оперативна програма за храни и/или основно материално подпомагане ще задоволи потребностите на 50 души - най-нуждаещите се лица на територията на община Копривщица, от осигуряване на топла храна в рамките на всеки работен ден, в продължение на 43 месеца.Основната целева група по проекта е: 1. Лица и семейства на месечно подпомагане по реда и условията на чл. 9 от ППЗСП; 2. Лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки, които да се грижат за тях; 3. Самотно живеещи лица и семейства, които не могат да се издържат чрез имуществото или труда си и получават пенсии в минимални размери - за осигурителен стаж и възраст; за инвалидност; наследствени пенсии; пенсии, несвързани с трудова дейност. Като потребители на услугата могат да бъдат включвани и лица от други целеви групи, посочени в НАРЕДБА № РД-07-1 от 4 април 2016 г. на Министерство на труда и социалната политика, както и в изискванията за кандидатстване по настоящата процедура. В рамките на проекта ще се реализират следните основни дейности: 1.Определяне на целевите групи; 2. Закупуване на хранителни продукти; 3.Осигуряване на топъл обяд; 4.Предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки. Хранителните продукти, необходими за приготвянето на топлия обяд ще бъдат доставяни на Домашен Социален Патронаж /ДСП/от изпълнителите, с които община Копривщица има сключени договори, след проведена процедура по ЗОП. Приготвянето на обяда ще бъде извършвано в кухнята на ДСП, по разнообразно седмично меню, с което ще се осигури балансирано хранене на лицата от целевата група, при спазване на изискванията за безопасност на храните и националните стандарти и норми за хранене. Топлият обяд ще бъде предоставян на бенефициентите на място, в стола на ДСП, а на хората със затруднено придвижване- по домовете им, чрез специализиран автомобил. (Bulgarian)

The opening of a public dining room under the operational programme for food and/or basic material assistance will satisfy the needs of 50 people — the most deprived persons on the territory of Koprivshtitsa municipality, for the provision of hot food within each working day, for 43 months. The main target group of the project is: 1. Persons and families receiving monthly assistance under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the PPPA; 2. Persons with a proven lack of income and relatives to care for them; 3. Lonely living persons and families who are unable to support themselves by means of their property or work and receive minimum retirement pensions; for invalidity; survivors’ pensions; non-work-related pensions. Persons from other target groups listed in Regulation No RD-07-1 of 4 April 2016 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, as well as in the application requirements under this procedure, may also be included as users of the service. The following main activities will be implemented within the project: 1.Determination of the target groups; 2. The purchase of food products; 3.Providing a warm lunch; 4.Provision of accompanying measures. The food products needed for the preparation of the warm lunch will be delivered to Domestic Social Patronage (SPP) by the contractors with whom Koprivshtitsa Municipality has concluded contracts, following a procedure under the Public Procurement Act. The preparation of the lunch will be carried out in the kitchen of the NGA, using a varied weekly menu, which will ensure balanced nutrition for the target group, in compliance with food safety requirements and national standards and nutrition standards. The warm lunch will be provided to beneficiaries on the spot, in the NGA canteen, and to people with difficulty moving in their homes by means of a specialised car. (English)
