Настоящото проектното предложение предвижда да се обособи Специализиран контактен център с площ от 29,50 кв. м към функциониращия Център за обществена подкрепа, като ще бъдат оборудвани стаи за детето, за експертите и предверие за изчакване, както и разширяване на социалните услуги на Дневен център за деца с увреждания чрез преустройство на помещения и прилежащото дворно пространство. Новата социална инфраструктура ще обхване деца в риск и деца с увреждания на възраст от 0 до 18 год. от общините Нови пазар, Каспичан, Каолиново и Никола Козлево.Инвестицията ще допринесе за насърчаването на по-добро социално приобщаване чрез подобряване на достъпа до социални, културни и развлекателни услуги, както и до преминаването от услуги, предоставяни в институции, към услуги, предоставяни в общността. Чрез реализацията на проекта ще се създадат условия, които в най-голяма степан ще отговорят на индивидуалните потребности на децата и ще гарантират техните права , вкл. правото им на живот в семейна среда.Основните дейности включват: - Проектиране, авторски надзор и изпълнение на СМР; - Доставка на оборудване и обзавеждане; - Строителен надзор; - Осигуряване на информация и комуникация по проекта; - Организация и управление на проекта и др. Изпълнението на проектните дейности ще бъдат извършени съобразно изискванията на ЗОП, в зависимост от обхвата, в който попада прогнозната стойност.С реализацията на проекта ще се допринесе за осигуряването на здравна и социална инфраструктура, която допринася за националното, регионалното и местното развитие, намаляването на неравнопоставеността по отношение на здравния статус, насърчаването на по-добро социално приобщаване чрез подобряване на достъпа до социални услуги.Проектното предложение прилага холистичен подход към политиката за повишаване на качеството на живота и устойчивостта, предлага модерно и интегрирано решение на голяма част от социалните въпроси, както и изгражда солидна основа на ниво отделни общини. The present project proposal provides for the establishment of a Specialised Contact Centre with an area of 29.50 sq. m. to the functioning Center for public support, and will be equipped with rooms for the child, for experts and an entrance hall, as well as the extension of the social services of the Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities through the reconstruction of premises and the adjacent yard space. The new social infrastructure will cover children at risk and children with disabilities aged 0-18 from the municipalities of Novi Pazar, Kaspichan, Kaolinovo and Nikola Kozlevo. The investment will contribute to the promotion of better social inclusion by improving access to social, cultural and recreational services, as well as to the transition from institutional services to community-based services. The implementation of the project will create conditions that in the greatest steppe will meet the individual needs of the children and will guarantee their rights, including their right to live in a family environment. The main activities include: — Design, author’s supervision and execution of construction works; — Supply of equipment and furniture; Construction supervision; — Provision of information and communication on the project; — Organisation and management of the project, etc. The implementation of the project activities will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act, depending on the scope in which the estimated value falls. With the implementation of the project will contribute to the provision of health and social infrastructure, which contributes to national, regional and local development, the reduction of inequalities in terms of health status, the promotion of better social inclusion by improving access to social services. The project proposal applies a holistic approach to the policy for improving the quality of life and sustainability, offers a modern and integrated solution to a large part of the social issues, and builds a solid foundation at the level of individual municipalities.
