Глобалното разпространение на пандемията COVID-19 и въведените ограничителни мерки доведоха до спад на европейската икономика и до понижение на износа на стоки и услуги. Очакваното повишаване на заболеваемостта през близките месеци налага предприемане на мерки за адекватна и навременна подкрепа на засегнатите икономически субекти. Проектното предложение цели да създаде възможност НАП да структурира по бърз и ефективен начин мярка за подкрепа на МСП, преустановили или ограничили дейността си в резултат на заповеди на министъра на здравеопазването за въвеждане на ограничителни противоепидемични мерки.С изпълнението на проекта ще се предостави бърз достъп на МСП, засегнати от временните противоепидемични мерки, до оборотен капитал, с цел запазване на тяхната дейност. The global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown measures put in place have led to a decline in the European economy and a decline in exports of goods and services. The expected increase in morbidity in the coming months calls for measures to be taken to provide adequate and timely support to the economic actors concerned. The project proposal aims to enable the NRA to structure in a rapid and effective way a measure to support SMEs that have suspended or restricted their activities as a result of orders of the Minister of Health to introduce restrictive containment measures.The implementation of the project will give SMEs affected by temporary containment measures quick access to working capital in order to maintain their activities.
