Настоящето проектно предложение представлява съвкупност от мерки, чрез изпълнението на които, ще се обезпечат всички дейности необходими за повишаване на енергийната ефективност в многофамилни жилщни сгради на територията на град Ивайловград, предмет на интервенция по проекта. Планираните дейности които ще доведат до подобряване на енергийната ефективност на сградите са:-Обследване за енергийна ефективност придружено от валиден сертификат;-Обследване за установяване на техническите характеристики, свързани с удовлетворяването на изискванията по чл.169 от ЗУТ в съответствие с изискванията , определени в глава трета на Наредба №5 от 2006 год. за техническите паспорти на строежите;- Инженеринг (проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор);- Строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект със съществените изисквания към строежите, изготвена като комплексен доклад от лицензирана фирма-консултант;- Дейности за информация и комуникация по проекта;- Дейности за информационни кампании;- Дейности за управление на проекта;- Одит на проекта.Проектът ще има засилен социален ефект. Неговото изпълнение ще допринесе за повишаване конкурентоспособността на района и създаване на предпоставки за подобряване на качеството на живот. (Bulgarian)

This project proposal is a set of measures, through the implementation of which will provide all the activities necessary to improve energy efficiency in multi-family residential buildings on the territory of the city of Ivaylovgrad, subject to project intervention. The planned activities that will lead to the improvement of the energy efficiency of the buildings are:-Energy efficiency audit accompanied by a valid certificate;-A survey to establish the technical characteristics related to the fulfilment of the requirements of Art.169 ZUT in accordance with the requirements laid down in Chapter 3 of Ordinance No 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of construction works;- Engineering (design, construction and author’s supervision);- Construction supervision and assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for construction works, prepared as a complex report by a licensed consulting company;- Information and communication activities under the project;- Information campaign activities;- Project management activities;- Project audit.The project will have an enhanced social impact. Its implementation will contribute to improving the competitiveness of the area and creating conditions for improving the quality of life. (English)
