Проектното предложение е част от Общинскитя план за развитие на община Панагюрище 2014-2020 г. Със своето изпълнение проектът ще допринесе за стимулиране на социално -икономическото развитие на селските райони, осигуряващо нови работни места, намаляване на бедността, социално включване и по-добро качество на живот. Проектните дейности са насочени към ремонт и обновяване на Народно читалище „Св.Св. Кирил и Методий-1912", като се цели чрез изпълнение на мерки за енергийна ефективност и съпътстващи строително-ремонтни дейности да се модернизира сградния фонд и да се създаде приветлива и ефективна среда за работа в читалището. Проектът ще подобри конкурентоспособността на населеното място чрез подобряване на качеството и създаване на нови услуги на населението и подобряване на културната инфраструктура. От своя страна, това съответно ще доведе до повишаване мотивацията на служителите в читалището за повишаване ефективността на тяхната работа. Реализирането на проектните дейности ще приведат читалището с предписанията на енергийното обследване, при спазване изискванията на действащото законодателство в Република България. Изпълнението на проекта ще доведе до по-висока енергийна ефективност, ще допринесе пряко за намаляване на крайното енергийно потребление в културната - обществена сграда, както и ще подобри мобилността на хората с увреждания, и косвено ще допринесе за намаляване на парниковите газове. По този начин планираните мерки способстват за реализирането на конкретните цели на настоящата схема за безвъзмездна финансова помощ. (Bulgarian)

The project proposal is part of the Municipal Development Plan of Panagyurishte Municipality 2014-2020. With its implementation, the project will contribute to stimulating the socio-economic development of rural areas, providing new jobs, poverty reduction, social inclusion and better quality of life. The project activities are aimed at the renovation and renovation of the Community Centre "St. St. Cyril and Methodius-1912", aiming through the implementation of energy efficiency measures and accompanying works to modernise the building stock and create a welcoming and efficient environment for work in the community center. The project will improve the competitiveness of the settlement by improving the quality and creation of new services to the population and improving cultural infrastructure. In turn, this will lead to increased motivation of the employees in the Chitalishte to increase the efficiency of their work. The implementation of the project activities will bring the Chitalishte with the prescriptions of the energy audit in compliance with the requirements of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria. The implementation of the project will lead to higher energy efficiency, directly contribute to reducing final energy consumption in the cultural — public building, as well as improving the mobility of people with disabilities, and indirectly contribute to reducing greenhouse gases. In this way, the planned measures contribute to the achievement of the specific objectives of this grant scheme. (English)
