За да се постигне основната цел на проекта, ще бъдат реализирани дейности, свързани с постоянното укрепване и повишаване на административния капацитет и професионални умения и компетенции на служителите в ИА ОП НОИР. Мерките ще бъдат насочени също така към подобряване на условията на труд и подкрепяне на личностното развитие на служителите в дирекцията. Очакваните резултати са експертите да придобият нови теоретични и практически знания, умения и опит в процеса на доброто финансово управление на средствата по ОП НОИР. (Bulgarian)

In order to achieve the main objective of the project, activities related to the continuous strengthening and improvement of the administrative capacity and professional skills and competences of the employees of the IA OP SESG will be implemented. The measures will also be aimed at improving working conditions and supporting the personal development of staff in the Directorate. The expected results are for experts to acquire new theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and experience in the process of sound financial management of the funds under OP SESG. (English)
