Настоящото проектно предложение на Евромет ООД е продиктувано от целенасоченото решение за усъвършенстване и оптимизиране на процесите в дружеството с цел повишаване на управленския капацитет на дружеството. Развитието на управленския капацитет ще бъде постигнат посредством внедряване и сертифициране на международно признати стандарти, които ще гарантират нагледност и прозрачност на управлението. Управлението на ресурсите и постигането на оптимални цели ще се осъществи чрез: внедряване и сертифициране на интегрирана система за управление съгласно ISO 9001:2015 и ISO 14001:2015 и система за управление съгласно ISO 3834-2:2006 с оглед осигуряване на качеството на продуктите и следване на фирмената политика и международни норми по опазване на околната среда чрез регулирано оползотворяване на отпадъци. Дружеството е със статут на малко предприятие, което го прави допустимо по отношение на целевата група. Целите са развитие на управленския капацитет и растеж на Евромет ООД чрез внедряване и сертифициране на международно признати стандарти и постигане на съответствие на продуктите с изискванията на предвидените международно признати стандарти. Като резултат, ще се подобри управленският капацитет на дружеството, ще осигури неговото устойчиво развитие, което от своя страна ще повиши производителността му, а също така ще доведе до все по-успешното присъствие на дружеството на конкуретни външни пазари и разширяване на пазарните позиции на международните пазари. Проектът ще се реализира посредством следните основни дейности:1.Дейности за развитие и укрепване на управленския капацитет чрез:1.1Внедряване и сертифициране на интегрирана система за управление съгласно ISO 9001:2015 и ISO 14001:2015;1.2Внедряване и сертифициране на система за управление на качеството при заваряване чрез стопяване на метални материали съгласно ISO 3834-2:2006;2.Закупуване на ДМА, допринасящи за въвеждане и постигане на съответствие с изискванията на стандарт ISO 9001:2015;3.Визуализация на проекта. The present project proposal of Euromet Ltd. is dictated by the targeted solution for improving and optimising the processes in the company in order to increase the management capacity of the company. The development of management capacity will be achieved through the implementation and certification of internationally recognised standards that will ensure visibility and transparency of governance. The management of resources and the achievement of optimal objectives will be achieved by: implementation and certification of an integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and a management system according to ISO 3834-2:2006 with a view to ensuring product quality and following company policy and international environmental standards through regulated waste recovery. The company has the status of a small enterprise, which makes it eligible for the target group. The objectives are development of the management capacity and growth of Euromet Ltd. through implementation and certification of internationally recognised standards and achieving compliance of the products with the requirements of the internationally recognised standards. As a result, the company’s management capacity will be improved, ensuring its sustainable development, which in turn will increase its productivity, and will also lead to an increasingly successful presence of the company in competitive foreign markets and the expansion of market positions in international markets. The project will be implemented through the following main activities:1.Activities for development and strengthening of the management capacity through:1.1Implementation and certification of integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015;1.2Implementation and certification of a quality management system for welding by melting metal materials according to ISO 3834-2:2006;2.Purchase of FTA contributing to the implementation and compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015;3.Visualisation of the project.
