W wyniku analizy regionalnych raportów dot. potrzeb edukacyjnych subregionu pilskiego oraz kierując sięwnioskami z wielu projektów oświatowych realizowanych w subregionie przez NIUAM(również w kooperacji z Instytucjami Współpracującymi w projekcie) zdefiniowano główny obszar problemowy, jakim jest zatrważająco niski poziom edukacji kompetencyjnej w subregionie. Sytuacja ta przekłada się na deficyt kompetencji miękkichna subregionalnym rynku pracy istrukturalne niedopasowanie jego strony podażowej i popytowej. Subregion pilski wyróżnia się w woj. wlkp wysokością stopy bezrobocia (śr. 6,6%) podczas gdy województwo wlkp od lat posiada najniższą stopę bezrobocia w kraju!Nadnotecki Instytut działający jako jednostka UAM w subregionie pilskim, wraz z 3. Instytucjami Współpracującymi w międzysektorowej kooperacji zaplanują i zrealizują programy edukacyjne, których rezultatem będzie załagodzenie skali problemu w subregionie (KD5,6)Celem projektu jest:-podniesienie poziomu deficytowych na subregionalnym rynku pracy kompetencji miękkich młodzieży wkraczającej na rynek pracy-wsparcie procesu dokonywania przez młodzież wyborów ścieżek edukacji zawodowej - by ich zainteresowania i predyspozycje odpowiadały prorynkowemu zapotrzebowaniu -podjęcie rozwiązań strukturalnych i długoterminowych poprzez kształcenie kompetencji pedagogów z różnych międzysektorowych instytucji działających na rzecz edukacji, by w swojej działalności mogły realizować edukację kompetencyjną oraz aby mogły wspierać w tym obszarze szkoły w subregionieCel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez zaplanowanie i realizację na obszarze subregionu pilskiego dwóch programów edukacyjnych:-UNIWERSYTET MŁODZIEŻY KOMPETENTNEJ: 24 kompetencyjne szkolenia i 2 kompetencyjne kursy edukacyjne dla młodzieży w wieku 13-18 l.-UNIWERSYTET SPOŁECZNEGO WSPARCIA EDUKACJI KOMPETENCYJNEJ: kompetencyjny kurs edukacyjny dlapedagogów z międzysektorowych instytucji działających na rzecz edukacji w formule pedagogicznego Uniwersytetu Drugiego Wieku (Polish)

As a result of the analysis of regional reports on educational needs of the Pilskie subregion and following conclusions from many educational projects carried out in the sub-region by NIUAM (also in cooperation with the cooperating institutions in the project), the main problem area was defined, which is the appallingly low level of competent education in the subregion. This situation translates into a soft competence deficit in the sub-regional labour market and a structural mismatch between its supply and demand side. The Pilski subregion is distinguished by the unemployment rate in the voivodship. 6.6 %) while the voivodship inlkp has the lowest unemployment rate in the country for years!Nadnotecki Institute operating as a unit of UAM in the Pilskie subregion, together with 3. Institutions cooperating in intersectoral cooperation will plan and implement educational programmes which will result in mitigating the scale of the problem in the sub-region (KD5,6)The aim of the project is to:-to raise the deficit in the sub-regional labour market competences of soft young people entering the labour market-supporting the process of achieving education by young people through the choice of vocational education pathways – so that their interests and predispositions correspond to the sub-market demand – by means of a range of structural and long-term solutions. 24 competent training courses and 2 competent education courses for young people aged 13-18 years-UNIVERRSET SOCIAL EDUCATION SUPPORT: competent education course for educators from cross-sectoral institutions working for education in the pedagogical formula of the University of the Second Age (English)

À la suite de l’analyse des rapports régionaux sur les besoins éducatifs de la sous-région Pils et des conclusions de nombreux projets éducatifs menés dans la sous-région par le NIUAM (également en coopération avec les institutions coopérant au projet), le principal problème, qui est le niveau alarmant d’éducation des compétences dans la sous-région, a été défini. Cette situation se traduit par un déficit de compétences non techniques sur le marché du travail sous-régional et une inadéquation structurelle entre l’offre et la demande. La sous-région prussienne se distingue dans la province par le taux de chômage (moyenne. 6,6 %) alors que la voïvodie a depuis des années le taux de chômage le plus bas du pays!Institut Nadnotecki agissant en tant qu’unité de l’UMA dans la sous-région Pilskie, avec 3. Les institutions coopérant à la coopération intersectorielle planifieront et mettront en œuvre des programmes éducatifs qui permettront d’atténuer l’ampleur du problème dans la sous-région (KD5,6). L’objectif de ce projet est de:-augmenter le niveau de déficit du marché du travail sous-régional pour les jeunes jeunes qui entrent sur le marché du travail — soutenir le choix des parcours de formation professionnelle des jeunes — afin que leurs intérêts et leurs prédispositions correspondent à la demande du marché — à entreprendre des solutions structurelles et à long terme grâce à la formation d’éducateurs issus de différents établissements d’enseignement intersectoriels, afin que leurs intérêts et leurs prédispositions répondent à la demande du marché — afin de pouvoir soutenir la région dans le domaine de l’éducation: 24 formations de compétences et 2 cours d’enseignement des compétences pour les jeunes de 13 à 18 ans-Universit OF SOCIAL EDUCATION SUPPORT: cours de formation de compétences pour les étudiants en pédagogie d’institutions intersectorielles œuvrant pour l’éducation dans la formule pédagogique de l’Université du deuxième âge (French)
