Проектното предложение е разработено в сферата на растениевъдтвото. Бенефициентът отглежда 33,800 дка с маслодайна роза и 26,767 дка са под угар. Целта на кандидата е да развие това стопанство и да увеличи площите с отглежданата маслодайна роза. Към датата на второ плащане, той ще отглежда 43,800 дка маслодайна роза и 16,767 дка ще са под угар. Ще се инвестират средство в създаване на нови 10,000 дка с рози. Андреан Станев ще получи консултантски пакет ТП 2 по подмярка 2.1.2 „Консултантски услуги за малки земеделски стопани“ от Мярка 2 „Консултантски услуги, услуги по управление на стопанство и услуги по заместване в стопанство“ от ПРСР 2014-2020г. или ще изкара курс в сферата на опазване компонентите на околната среда. La proposition de projet a été élaborée dans le domaine de la production végétale. Le bénéficiaire cultive 33 800 soins avec une rose oléagineuse et 26,767 désintéressent la jachère. L’objectif du demandeur est de développer cette exploitation et d’augmenter la superficie de la rosace pétrolifère. À la date du deuxième paiement, il fera croître 43 800 attentions à la rose oléagineuse et 16 767 déca seront mis de côté. Il y aura des investissements dans la création de nouveaux 10 000 acres de roses. Andrean Stanev recevra un module de conseil TA 2 au titre de la sous-mesure 2.1.2 «Services de consultation pour les petits agriculteurs» de la mesure 2 «Services de consultation, services de gestion agricole et services de secours agricoles» du PDR 2014-2020 ou suivra un cours dans le domaine de la protection de l’environnement.
