Проектът предвижда да се разшири производствения капацитет на един от основните участъци на предприятието за сухи трансформатори ТМС-Трафо и съответно да се увеличат приходите от продажби на тези продукти за вътрешния и външния пазар. Ще бъде изпълнена една дейност - придобиване на нова високотехнологична машина за навиване на алуминиеви и медни фолиеви проводници. Машината е предназначена за участък „Бобини високо напрежение“, където се осъществява навиване на намотките високо напрежение за сухи трансформатори. Общата стойност на проекта, в т.ч. финансовата помощ е 340 000 евро или 664 982 лв. Срокът за реализация на проекта е 10 месеца.Очакваните резултати са - въведена в експлоатация нова бобинажна машина за намотки - 1 бр. и увеличен капацитет на производствен участък „Бобини високо напрежение“ и на предприятието като цяло. След въвеждане на предвидената в проекта машина, производственият капацитет на този участък ще се увеличи от 1 комплект намотки за 8 ч. на приблизително 2,5 комплекта намотки за същото време, което означава, че общият капацитет за производство на сухи трансформатори като краен продукт, при непроменени други условия, ще се увеличи от 2 сухи трансформатора на ден на 4,5 на ден. Това ще представлява 125% увеличение на производствения капацитет на предприятието спрямо 2018 г. На тази база е разработен и бизнес планът на предприятието, обхващащ периода след реализацията на проекта. (Bulgarian)

The project envisages to expand the production capacity of one of the main sections of the TMS-Trafo dry transformer company and consequently to increase the revenues from sales of these products to the domestic and external markets. One activity will be carried out — acquisition of a new high-tech winding machine for aluminum and copper foil wires. The machine is designed for section “Bobini high voltage”, where winding of high voltage windings is carried out for dry transformers. The total cost of the project, including the financial assistance is EUR 340,000 or BGN 664 982. The project implementation period is 10 months. The expected results are — a new winding coil machine — 1 pcs. and increased capacity of the production section “Bobini high voltage” and of the plant as a whole. After the introduction of the machine provided for in the project, the production capacity of this section will increase from 1 set of windings per 8 hours to approximately 2.5 sets of windings at the same time, which means that the total production capacity of dry transformers as a finished product, under other unaltered conditions, will increase from 2 dry transformers per day to 4.5 per day. This will represent a 125 % increase in the production capacity of the enterprise compared to 2018. On this basis, the business plan of the enterprise has also been developed, covering the period after the implementation of the project. (English)
