Projekt je zaměřen na rekonstrukci bytové jednotky za účelem vzniku sociálního bytu. Sociální byt se základním vybavením bude určen pro osoby v bytové nouzi na území města Skuteč. Rekonstruovaný byt se nachází zastavěné lokalitě s občanskou vybaveností na Palackého náměstí, č. p. 377. Tato lokalita nevede k segregaci cílové skupiny. (Czech)

A social apartment with basic equipment will be designed for persons in need of housing in the territory of the town of Skutč. Un appartement social avec l’équipement de base sera conçu pour les personnes ayant besoin d’un logement sur le territoire de la ville de Skuteč.
