Projekt Rozvoj odborného vzdělávání ve společnosti SMO a.s. je zaměřen na zvyšování a rozvoj dovedností vybraných zaměstnanců. Všechny vzdělávací aktivity v rámci projektu vedou ke zvýšení odborné úrovně znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků. Do projektu je zapojeno celkem 96 zaměstnanců, kteří budou školeni externími dodavateli i zkušenými interními lektory. (Czech)

The Development of Vocational Training in SMO a.s. is focused on increasing and developing skills of selected employees. All educational activities within the project lead to an increase in the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of workers. Le projet Développement de la formation professionnelle dans l’OMU a.s. est axé sur l’amélioration et le développement des compétences des employés sélectionnés. Toutes les activités de formation menées dans le cadre du projet entraînent une augmentation du niveau professionnel des connaissances, des aptitudes et des compétences des travailleurs. Au total, 96 employés participent au projet, qui seront formés par des entrepreneurs externes et des conférenciers expérimentés à l’interne. (French)
