Podejmowana interwencja nakierowana jest na działania usprawniające komunikację publiczną w Gminie Pełczyce, tj. zmniejszenia zatorów i wprowadzenie ułatwień w zakresie korzystania z transportu publicznego. Projekt dotyczy budowy drogi dla rowerów łączącej Gminę Barlinek z centrum miasta w Pełczycach stanowiącą alternatywną trasę dojazdu do Pełczyc dla transportu indywidualnego. W ramach inwestycji zostaną wybudowane również dwa miejsca postojowe – przy strefie inwestycyjnej oraz w centrum miasta. Długość planowanej ścieżki rowerowej wynosi 4,747 km. W ramach realizacji inwestycji konieczne jest wykonanie następujących zadań: • Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej • Opracowanie studium wykonalności • Budowa drogi rowerowej w ciągu drogi powiatowej (km 0+137,40) • Budowa drogi w ciągu drogi wojewódzkiej (km 0+407,16) • Budowa drogi rowerowej po nasypie kolejowym (km 4+202,48) • Nadzór inwestorski • Tablice informacyjno-promocyjne (2 szt.) • Działania informacyjno-promocyjne • Koszty pośrednie. Pomiędzy tymi odcinkami zmianie ulegnie organizacja ruchu, której zadaniem będzie ułatwienie poruszania i pierwszeństwo dla rowerzystów (również dzięki instalacji 2 sygnalizacji świetlnych z detektorem ruchu przy ul. B. Chrobrego). W wyniku realizacji projektu osiągnięty zostanie wskaźnik produktu: długość wybudowanych dróg dla rowerów - 4,747km. Projekt będzie realizowany w ramach Kontraktu Samorządowego "Lider Pojezierza". Projekt znajduje się na liście projektów priorytetowych KS. (Polish)

The intervention is aimed at measures to improve public transport in the Pełczyce Municipality, i.e. reducing congestion and facilitating the use of public transport. The project concerns the construction of a road for bicycles connecting the Barlinek Municipality with the city centre in Pełczyce, which is an alternative route to Pełczyc for individual transport. As part of the investment, two parking places will also be built – next to the investment zone and in the city centre. The length of the planned cycle path is 4.747 km. As part of the implementation of the investment, the following tasks must be carried out: • Developing technical documentation • Developing a feasibility study • Construction of a bicycle road within the district road (km 0 + 137.40) • Construction of the road within the voivodeship road (km 0 + 407.16) • Construction of a bicycle road on a railway embankment (km 4 + 202.48) • Investor supervision • Information and promotional tables (2 pcs) • Information and promotion activities • Intermediary costs. Between these sections, the traffic organisation will change to facilitate movement and priority for cyclists (also thanks to the installation of 2 traffic signals with a traffic detector on the street. B. Chrobrego). As a result of the project, the output indicator will be achieved: length of built roads for bicycles – 4.747 km. The project will be implemented within the framework of the Local Government Contract “The Leader of the Lake District”. The project is included in the list of priority projects of the SSC. (English)
