Celem gł. projektu zaplanowanym do 31.10.2019r. jest aktywizacja zawodowa min.50 z 60 osób (w tym min.30%K), biernych zawodowo lub bezrobotnych (w tym dł. bezrobotnych) w powyżej 29 r.ż. mieszkańców Subregionu Pilskiego, należących do grupy Uczestników Projektu (dalej UP), przez kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane wzmocnienie ich kompetencji zawodowych, umożliwienie zdobycia dośw. zawodowego(przez staże w branżach uznanych za rozwojowe dla reg. rynku pracy), przekładające się na podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 36% UP.Zadania:Indywidualizacja wsparcia oraz pomoc w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej (Lider)Posrednictwo pracy (Lider)Szkolenia zawodowe (Partner)Staże zawodowe (Lider)MENTORING: wsparcie psychologiczno-doradcze UP wchodzących, powracających na rynek pracy i na początkowym etapie zatrudnienia (Lider) (Polish)
