Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja terenu zieleni pn. Ogród Róż przy ul. 3-go Maja w Nowym Mieście Lubawskim. Zakres projektu: 1.Studium wykonalności/biznes plan: 1.1 Opr. SW i wniosku o dofinans. 2.Prace przygotowaw.: 2.1 Opr. dokumen. projekt.-kosztor. 2.2 Przeprowadzenie wyprzedzających badań archeolog. 3.Roboty bud. 4.Nadzór w projekcie: 4.1 Nadzór inwestorski 4.2. Nadzór archeolog. 5.Promocja projektu: 5.1 Wykonanie tablic inform. i pamiąt. 5.2 Publikacja informacji o projekcie w prasie lokalnej. Przyjęty zakres projektu w pełni umożliwi realizację założonych celów. Projekt będzie wdrażany w oparciu o istniejące struktury organizacyjne Urzędu Miejskiego w Nowym Mieście Lubawskim. Poszczególne komórki organizacyjne będą odpowiedzialne za: 1Koordynowanie projektu: Ref. Planowania i Inwestycji/ Kierownik 2Przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie zamówień publ.: Ref. Planowania i Inwestycji/ prac. administracyjny 3Odbiory częściowe i końcowy prac bud.: Ref. Planowania i Inwestycji/ Kierownik 4Gospodarka finansowa projektu (fakturowanie, płatności): Ref. Budżetu i Finansów/Z-ca Kierownika 5Promocja projektu: Ref. Planowania i Inwestycji/Podinspektor 6Przygotowanie wniosków o płatność oraz rozliczenie dotacji: Ref. Planowania i Inwestycji/Podinspektor 7Monitoring rezultatów projektu oraz sprawozdawczość wobec IŻ: Ref. Planowania i Inwestycji/Podinspektor 8Zarządzanie powstałą infrastrukturą: Ref. Mienia Komunalnego i Ochrony Środowiska / Kierownik Cele projektu są zgodne z celem tematycznym 9 realizowanym w ramach osi priorytetowej nr 8. Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji RPO WiM 2014-2020. Projekt wpisuje się w Działanie 8.1 i jego cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Przedmiotowa inwestycja ma charakter rewitalizacyjny i jest wpisana do Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji gminy miejskiej Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. (Polish)

SW and a grant application. 2.Preparation work: 2.1 Opr. documen. project.-cost. 2.2 Execution of archaeologists ahead of research. 3.Robots bud. 4.Supervision in the project: 4.1 Investor supervision 4.2. The archaeologist’s supervision. 5.Promotion of the project: 5.1 Execution of information and memorabilia tables. 5.2 Publication of project information in the local press. The adopted scope of the project will fully enable the objectives to be achieved. The project will be implemented on the basis of the existing organizational structures of the Municipal Office in Nowy Miasto Lubawski. Individual organizational units will be responsible for: 1 Project coordination: Ref. Planning and Investment/Director 2Preparation and execution of publ orders: Ref. Planning and Investment/Administrative Works 3Partial and final receipts of construction works: Ref. Planning and Investment/Director 4The financial economy of the project (invoicing, payments): Ref. Budget and Finance/Z-ca Manager 5Promotion of the project: Ref. Planning and Investment/Sub-inspector 6Preparation of payment applications and settlement of grants: Ref. Planning and Investments/Sub-Inspector 7Monitoring of project results and reporting to GIs: Ref. Planning and Investment/Sub-inspector 8Management of the created infrastructure: Ref. Municipal Property and Environmental Protection/Director The objectives of the project are in line with thematic objective 9 implemented under priority axis 8. Areas requiring revitalisation of RPO WiM 2014-2020. The project shall be in line with Action 8.1 and its specific objective: Better quality of life for communities living in problem areas. The investment in question is revitalisation and is included in the Local Revitalisation Programme of the Municipality Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. (English)
