Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa Publicznego Przedszkola wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu, elementami małej architektury, aranżacji i stałego wyposażenia wszystkich pomieszczeń przedszkolnych w Dobrym Mieście. Najważniejsze etapy realizacji projektu to: 1 budowa budynku przedszkola, w którym znajdą się m.in: oddziały przedszkolne (sale ogólnego przeznaczenia), sala do ćwiczeń ruchowych i rytmicznych, pokoje administracyjne w tym pomieszczenie logopedyczno-terapeutyczne, szatnie, łazienki, komunikacja, pomieszczenia gospodarczo–magazynowe oraz pełne zaplecze kuchenne, zaprojektowany budynek będzie wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne instalacje i media; 2 zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia do wszystkich pomieszczeń przedszkolnych; 3 zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynku m.in.: utwardzenie terenu wraz z komunikacją, wewnętrzne drogi dojazdowe do budynku, parking, ogrodzenie terenu oraz dwa place zabaw dla dzieci młodszych i starszych; 4 promocja projektu. Inwestycja uwzględnia dostosowanie powstałej infrastruktury i wyposażenia do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Wnioskodawca posiada pełną dokumentację techniczną i wszelkie pozwolenia niezbędne do realizacji inwestycji. Wykonawca wyłoniony zostanie w przetargu nieograniczonym na podstawie ustawy PZP. Prace budowlane wykonywane będą pod nadzorem inspektora nadzoru. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy i potrzeby w zakresie wychowania przedszkolnego na terenie całej Gminy Dobre Miasto, gdzie stan infrastruktury edukacji przedszkolnej jest niezadowalający. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na zwiększenie dostępu do edukacji przedszkolnej oraz umożliwi stworzenie placówki przedszkolnej spełniającej odpowiednie standardy. Powyższe działania wpisują się w założenia Osi priorytetowej 2 Dostęp do wysokiej jakości usług wysokiej jakości usług publicznych RPO WiM 2014-2020, cel tematyczny 10–Inwestowanie w edukację, umiejętności i uczenie się przez całe życie, poddziałanie 9.3.5 Infrastruktura edukacji przedszkolnej. The subject of the investment is the construction of the Public kindergarten with land development, elements of small architecture, arrangement and permanent equipment of all kindergarten premises in the Good City. The most important stages of the project are: 1 construction of a kindergarten building, which will include: preschool wards (general rooms), a room for motor and rhythmic exercises, administrative rooms including speech and therapy room, dressing rooms, bathrooms, communication, economic and storage spaces and full kitchen facilities, the designed building will be equipped with all necessary installations and media; 2 purchase of necessary equipment for all kindergarten premises; 3 land development around the building, among others: hardening of the area with communication, internal access roads to the building, parking, fence and two playgrounds for younger and older children; 4 promotion of the project. The investment takes into account the adaptation of the infrastructure and equipment created to the needs of people with disabilities. The applicant shall have full technical documentation and all permits necessary to carry out the investment. The contractor will be selected in an open tender under the PZP Act. The construction work will be carried out under the supervision of the Supervisory Inspector. The project is a response to diagnosed problems and needs in the area of preschool education in the whole commune of Dobre Miasto, where the state of the preschool education infrastructure is unsatisfactory. The implementation of the project will allow to increase access to pre-school education and will enable the creation of a pre-school facility that meets appropriate standards. These activities are part of the Priority Axis 2 Access to high-quality services of high quality public services RPO WiM 2014-2020, thematic objective 10-Investing in education, skills and lifelong learning, sub-measure 9.3.5 Pre-school education infrastructure.
