Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starachowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 105 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Starachowicach. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 30 roku życia spełniające warunki uczestnictwa w projekcie zgodnie z kryterium dostępu. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Starachowice district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 105 persons registered in the County Labour Office in Starachowice. The project will support people over the age of 30 who meet the conditions for participation in the project according to the access criterion. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
