CEL GŁÓWNY: większa aktywność społeczno - zawodowa 48 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym (zgodnie z opisem grupy docelowej), skutkująca postępem w procesie aktywizacji społeczno - zatrudnieniowej i zmniejszeniem dystansu do zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu (zgodnie ze wskaźnikami efektywności społecznej i zatrudnieniowej). GRUPA DOCELOWA: 48 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują (zgodnie z Kodeksem Cywilnym) obszar OSI, woj. świętokrzyskiego. Grupę docelową stanowi 100% osób biernych zawodowo i bezrobotnych niebędących klientami PUP (niezarejestrowane w PUP, w tym osoby bezrobotne niebędące klientami PUP korzystające z pomocy społecznej z tytułu przesłanki bezrobocia), charakteryzujące się co najmniej jedną z cech osoby zagrożonej ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Ponadto, w skład grupy docelowej będzie wchodziło min. 3 osoby niepełnosprawne, min. 29 kobiet i max. 5 osób z wyższym wykształceniem. GŁÓWNE DZIAŁANIA: 1. Wsparcie psychologiczne połączone z utworzeniem indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji, 2. Pośrednictwo pracy, 3. Grupowe warsztaty samopomocowe, 4. Poradnictwo prawno-obywatelskie, 5. Szkolenie zawodowe, 6. Staż zawodowy. KWOTA DOFINANSOWANIA: 770.380,03 zł. WKŁAD WŁASNY: 40.546,32 zł. MAIN OBJECTIVE: greater socio-occupational activity of 48 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion (as described in the target group), resulting in progress in the process of socio-employment activation and reducing the distance to employment by project participants (according to social and employment performance indicators). TARGET GROUP: 48 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, including those with disabilities who learn, work or live (according to the Civil Code) the area of OSI, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The target group consists of 100 % of the inactive and unemployed persons who are not PUP clients (unregistered in the PUP, including unemployed persons who are not PUP clients benefiting from social assistance due to the grounds of unemployment), characterised by at least one of the characteristics of a person at risk of poverty or social exclusion. In addition, the target group will include at least 3 people with disabilities, min. 29 women and max. 5 people with higher education. MAIN ACTIONS: 1. Psychological support combined with the creation of an individual pathway of reintegration, 2. Job mediation, 3. Group self-help workshops, 4. Legal and civil counseling, 5. Vocational training, 6.
