Předmětem tohoto projektu je výstavba nového komunitního centra v Mnichově Hradišti. Dojde k vybudování infrastruktury, která přispěje k podpoře sociálního začlenění obyvatel ohrožených sociálním vyloučením, nebo sociálně vyloučených občanům. V rámci nového komunitního centra budou poskytovány služby a aktivity, které povedou k vyšší podpoře sociálního začlenění. Pro cílové skupiny budou v komunitním centru poskytovány i registrované sociální služby. a. (Czech)

The object of this project is the construction of a new community centre in Munich Hradiště. Infrastructure will be built to promote the social inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion or socially excluded citizens. The new community centre will provide services and activities that will lead to greater support for social inclusion. L’objet de ce projet est la construction d’un nouveau centre communautaire à Mnichovo Hradiště. Des infrastructures seront construites qui contribuent à promouvoir l’inclusion sociale des personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale ou des citoyens socialement exclus. Le nouveau centre communautaire offrira des services et des activités qui mèneront à un soutien accru à l’inclusion sociale. Des services sociaux enregistrés seront également fournis au centre communautaire pour les groupes cibles. (French)
