Materialnym efektem realizacji projektu parasolowego będzie wprowadzenie na obszar sześciu gmin zrzeszonych w Staropolskim Związku Miast i Gmin (SZGiM), tj.: Końskie, Fałków, Radoszyce, Ruda Maleniecka, Smyków i Słupia Konecka, technologii umożliwiającej wykorzystanie energii odnawialnej. Planowane jest wybudowanie 427 instalacji wykorzystujących energię słoneczną. Zostaną zamontowane nowe instalacje OZE tj.: - ins. fotowoltaiczne (389 szt.) wytwarzające energię elektryczną - dod. zdolność wytwarzania e. elektr. 1,04 MWe, - ins. solarne (38 szt.) wytwarzające energię cieplną - dod. zdolność wytwarzania e. cieplnej 0,16 MWte. W ramach projektu przewidziano też promocję oraz nadzór inwestorski. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest SZGiM działający w imieniu mieszkańców w/w gmin. Realizacja projektu jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane problemy Gmin oraz ich mieszkańców. Głównym celem Projektu jest zwiększenie wykorzystania OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii na terenie 6 Gmin SZGiM. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów bezpośr. jakie wynikają z analizy problemów i potrzeb Wnioskodawcy. Są to: 1. Zwiększenie wielkości produkcji e. elektrycznej (959,18 MWhe/rok) i cieplnej (115,5 MWht/rok) pochodzącej z OZE. 2. Poprawa jakości powietrza atmosferycznego dzięki redukcji zanieczyszczeń, w tym redukcja CO2 802,37 [tony równoważnika CO2/rok], PM10: 0,2146 (t PM10/rok). 3. Podniesienie jakości i poziomu życia społeczności lokalnej. Cel projektu jest zgodny z celami określonymi w RPO WŚ na lata 2014-2020 dla osi 3, w szczególności zwiększony udział energii produkowanej z OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii w woj. świętokrzyskim oraz ograniczona emisja pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery. Projekt bezpośrednio wpisuje się w cel Działania 3.1., a mianowicie zwiększony udział energii produkowanej z OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii w woj. świętokrzyskim. The material effect of the umbrella project will be the introduction into the area of six communes associated in the Staropolska Association of Cities and Municipalities (SZGiM), i.e.: Horse, Fałków, Radoszyce, Ruda Maleniecka, Smyków and Słupia Konecka, technology enabling the use of renewable energy. It is planned to build 427 installations using solar energy. New RES installations will be installed, i.e.: — photovoltaic ins. (389 pcs) generating electricity – additional capacity to produce e. electr. 1,04 MWe, – solar ins. (38 pieces) producing thermal energy – added capacity to produce e. thermal e. 0,16 MWte. The project also includes promotion and investor supervision. The project applicant is SZGiM acting on behalf of the residents in the abovementioned communes. Implementation of the project is a response to the identified problems of the Municipalities and their inhabitants. The main objective of the project is to increase the use of RES in total energy production in the area of 6 Municipalities of SZGiM. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of the direct objectives resulting from the analysis of the problems and needs of the Applicant. These are: 1. Increase in electricity production volumes (959.18 MWhe/year) and heat (115.5 MWht/year) originating from RES. 2. Improving ambient air quality by reducing pollutants, including CO2 reduction of 802,37 [tonnes of CO2/year], PM10: 0,2146 (t PM10/year). 3. Improving the quality and standard of living of the local community. The project’s objective is in line with the objectives set out in the WWW ROP for the years 2014-2020 for axis 3, in particular the increased share of energy produced from RES in total energy production in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship and reduced emissions of dust and harmful substances into the atmosphere. The project is directly in line with the objective of Measure 3.1, namely the increased share of energy produced from RES in the overall production of energy in Świętokrzyskie voivodship. The project will be implemented in the period 01.04.2018-30.06.2020. (English)
