Inwestycja realizowana w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” obejmuje zaprojektowanie, a następnie wykonanie robót budowlanych w zakresie przebudowy zdewastowanego budynku oraz zagospodarowania terenu zlokalizowanego przy ul. Wojska Polskiego w miejscowości Jastrząb w gminie Poraj. Zakres robót budowlanych obejmuje prace w zakresie: - robót ogólnobudowlanych: stan zerowy (roboty ziemne, fundamenty, ściany przyziemia, stropy, prace rozbiórkowe), stan surowy (ściany nadziemne murowane, ścianki działowe, dach konstrukcja i pokrycie, okna i drzwi), wykończeniowe (tynki i oblicowania, roboty malarskie, inne prace wykończeniowe, posadzki i okładziny) - termomodernizacji (docieplenie przegród oraz izolacje cieplne): przeciwwilgociowe, cieplne, ogrzewanie - instalacji elektrycznych - wentylacji mechanicznej - instalacji wodno - kanalizacyjnych - zagospodarowania terenu - powierzchnie utwardzone (ciągi piesze) - monitoringu. The investment carried out in the “design and build” mode includes the design and subsequent execution of construction works in the area of reconstruction of the devastated building and the development of the site located at ul. Polish Army in the town of Jastrząb in the commune of Poraj. The scope of the works shall include works in the field of: — general construction works: zero state (groundworks, foundations, ground walls, ceilings, demolition works), raw state (masonry walls, partition walls, roof structure and covering, windows and doors), finishing (plastic and walling, painting works, other finishing works, floors and linings) – thermal modernisation (heat insulation and heat insulation): anti-humidity, heat, heating – electrical installations – mechanical ventilation – water and sewage systems – land development – hardened surfaces (walking lines) – monitoring. The project assumes investor supervision and promotion. (English)
