Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja zabytkowego budynku Pałacu Rheinbabenów w centrum Michałkowic - etap 1, dzielnicy Siemianowic Śląskich. XVI-wieczny pałac od stycznia 2016 r. stanowi oddział Siemianowickiego Centrum Kultury, a głównym jego zadaniem jest organizowanie i popularyzowanie zajęć dla dzieci, młodzieży oraz dorosłych w sekcjach artystycznych, edukacyjnych i sportowych. Obiekt wpisany został do rejestru zabytków Śląskiego Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków pod nr. A/1611/95 w dniu 20 czerwca 1995r. Pałac otoczony jest przez rozległy Park Górnik. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje roboty budowlane i instalacyjne, w tym m.in.: remont pokrycia i konstrukcji dachu, izolacje przeciwwilgociowe i przeciwwodne, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, remont konserwatorski elewacji (w tym m.in. naprawa i odtworzenie gzymsów), wykonanie instalacji odgromowej, illuminacji oraz opaski wokół budynku, rozbiórkę przybudówki. Realizacja projektu wynika z LPR dla Miasta Siemianowice Śląskie. (Polish)

The subject of the project is revitalisation of the historic building of Rheinbaben Palace in the center of Michałkowice – stage 1, the district of Siemianowice Śląskie. The th-century palace has been a branch of the Siemianowice Cultural Centre since January 2016, and its main task is to organise and popularise activities for children, young people and adults in artistic, educational and sports sections. The object was entered in the Register of Monuments of the Silesian Provincial Monument Conservator under No. A/1611/95 on 20 June 1995. The palace is surrounded by an extensive Miner Park. The scope of the investment includes construction and installation works, including: renovation of roof covering and structure, damp and anti-water insulation, replacement of window and door joinery, restoration of facades (including, among others, repair and reconstruction of cornices), lightning installation, illumination and bands around the building, demolition of the annex. The implementation of the project results from the LPR for the City of Siemianowice Śląskie. (English)
