Projekt reaguje na Směrnici evropského parlamentu a rady 2010/31/EU, která nařizuje snižování spotřeby energie a využívání zdrojů energie z obnovitelných zdrojů. Předmětem projektu je vývoj autonomní energetické centrály, která umožní vytápění, větrání se zpětným získáváním tepla, chlazení a přípravu teplé vody ve všech typech budov s primárním požadavkem na využití obnovitelných zdrojů, zejména pak s výhledem nové generace budov s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. a. The project responds to Directive 2010/31/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, which calls for the reduction of energy consumption and the use of renewable energy sources. The subject of the project is the development of an autonomous energy centre, which will enable heating, ventilation with heat recovery, cooling and hot water preparation in all types of buildings with a primary requirement for the use of renewable sources, especially with a view to a new generation of buildings with almost zero energy consumption. a. Le projet répond à la directive 2010/31/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil, qui ordonne la réduction de la consommation d’énergie et l’utilisation de sources d’énergie renouvelables. L’objet du projet est le développement d’un centre énergétique autonome qui permettra le chauffage, la ventilation avec récupération de chaleur, le refroidissement et l’eau chaude dans tous les types de bâtiments avec une exigence première pour l’utilisation de sources renouvelables, notamment en vue d’une nouvelle génération de bâtiments à énergie quasi nulle.
