Termin realizacji projektu: Projekt będzie realizowany w terminie 01.09.2018-31.12.2020r. Celem gł. proj. jest zwiększ. dostępności miejsc świadcz. usług opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz umożliwienie powrotu na rynek pracy 20 os. z Gm. Karsin (woj.pom.) poprzez utworzenie 20 miejsc w żłobku na terenie Gm. Karsin do 01.01.2019 r. i objęcie opieką 20 dz. w wieku do 3 l. w term.od 01.01.2019-31.12.2020 r.(24 m-cy) na ter.Gminy Karsin(woj.pom.) Realiz. wsparcia w zakr. miejsc opieki nad dz. do lat 3 dokonywana jest na podst. indywidualnie zdiagnoz.zapotrz. placówki w tym zakresie. Realizacja pr. przyczyni się do osiągn. celu tematycznego 05. Zatrudnienie poddz.5.3.Zwiększone zatrudnienie osób opiekujących się dziećmi do lat 3. Opieka nad dziećmi do lat 3. Będzie ona możliwa poprzez podjęcie takich działań jak: - utworz. pierwszego żłobka w Gm. Karsin - zapewnienie wszystkich warunków niezb. do bezpiecz. pobytu dzieci w żłobku - zakup.wyposaż.oraz pomocy dydak.niezb.dla rozwoju dzieci - adapt.placu zabaw - zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania 20 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 przez okres 24 m-cy: w term. 01.01.2019 - 31.12.2020 bieżące funkcj. nowo utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dz. do l. 3 będzie finans. ze środków z programu, a przez kolejne 2 lata po zakończeniu realiz.pr. finansowane ze środków własnych Wniosk. - wsparcie 20 os.(20k) opiek.się dz.w wieku do l.3 W ramach pr. zostaną osiągn. kluczowe wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu: - L-ba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3- 20; - L-ba osób opiekuj.się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie- 20; - L-ba osób pozost. bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszcz.programu - 1; - Liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/ wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie, po opuszczeniu programu- 9. Deadline for implementation of the project: The project will be implemented on 01.09.2018-31.12.2020. The aim of the project is to increase the availability of places to provide childcare services under the age of 3 and to allow 20 people to return to the labour market from Gm. Karsin (woj.pom.) through the creation of 20 seats in the nursery in the territory of Gm. Karsin until 01.01.2019 and to take care of 20 persons in the age of up to 3 l. in thermometers from 01.01.2019-31.12.2020 (24 m-years) to Ter. Implementation will contribute to the achievement of thematic objective 05. Employment 5.3.Increased employment of children caring for children up to 3 years. Childcare up to 3 years. It will be possible by taking measures such as: — creation of the first nursery in Gm. Karsin – providing all conditions necessary for the safety of children’s stay in the nursery – purchase.equipment.equipment and assistance of the teaching equipment for the development of children – adapt.plac of play – ensuring the day-to-day functioning of 20 places of care for children aged up to 3 years for the period of 24 months: in the heat. 01.01.2019-31.12.2020 the current functions of newly created care facilities until 3 will be financed by the programme, and for the next 2 years after completion of the implementation, the proposal financed from own funds. — support of 20 people(20k) to care for years up to 3 A key output and result indicators will be achieved within the framework of: — L-ba facilities for childcare up to the age of 3 to 20; — L-ba of persons. take care of children under the age of 3 who are supported in the programme – 20; — L-ba persons without a job who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the program – 1; — The number of people who have returned to the labour market after a break in childbirth or retained employment, after leaving the programme – 9.
