Przedmiotem Projektu jest zintegrowany rozwój publicznego kształcenia zawodowego w Powiecie Wejherowskim w obszarze wybranych branż kluczowych poprzez rozbudowę 5 szkół: ZSP nr 2 w Wejherowie, ZSP nr 3 w Wejherowie, ZSP nr 4 w Wejherowie, ZSP nr 2 w Rumi i PZSP w Wejherowie oraz wyposażenie i doposażenie w rozbudowanych szkołach 36 pracowni kształcenia zawodowego. Celem wynikowym tych działań jest: podniesienie jakości szkolnictwa zawodowego w Powiecie; wzmocnienie atrakcyjności powiatowych szkół zawodowych; dostosowania oferty kształcenia zawodowego w Powiecie Wejherowskim do oczekiwań pracodawców oraz uwarunkowań lokalnego, subregionalnych i regionalnego rynku pracy; podniesienie jakości i standaryzacja bazy dydaktycznej teoretycznego i praktycznego kształcenia zawodowego, zwiększenie zatrudnialności i szans absolwentów powiatowych szkół zawodowych na odniesienie sukcesu na rynku pracy; oraz docelowo zintegrowany rozwój publicznego kształcenia zawodowego na terenie Powiatu. The subject of the Project is the integrated development of public vocational training in the Wejherowski County in the area of selected key industries through the expansion of 5 schools: ZSP No 2 in Wejherowo, ZSP No 3 in Wejherowo, ZSP No 4 in Wejherowo, ZSP No 2 in Rumi and PZSP in Wejherowo and equipment and retrofitting in expanded schools 36 vocational training workshops. The result of these actions shall be: improving the quality of vocational education in Powiat; strengthening the attractiveness of district vocational schools; adapting the offer of vocational training in the Wejherowski region to employers’ expectations and local, subregional and regional labour market conditions; improving the quality and standardisation of theoretical and practical vocational training teaching base, increasing the employability and opportunities of regional vocational school graduates to succeed on the labour market; and ultimately integrated development of public vocational training in the county.
