Projekt jest adres.do 253 (159K,94M) osób bezrobotnych zarejestr. w PUP w Tczewie (z wyłącz. osób przed ukończ. 30 roku życia), należących do pon. grup: os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej; kobiety; os. z niepełnosprawnościami; os. długotrwale bezr.; os. o niskich kwalifikacjach; os. nienależące do grup wskazanych pow. (bezr. mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat), przy czym ich udział nie przekracza 20% ogólnej liczby osób wspartych w projekcie z obszaru powiatu tczewskiego. Celem proj. jest zwiększenie szans na podjęcie zatrudn. 253 (159K,94M) osób bezr. z grupy docel. Cele szczegółowe: -aktywizacja zawod. rozumiana jako doprowadzenie do zatrudnienia 45% osób bezr. w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, os. z niepełnospr., os. dług. bezr., os. z niskimi kwal. do poziomu ISCED 3, imigranci, reemigranci) oraz 60% pozost. osób nienależących do ww. grup (dot.ucz., którzy zakończyli udział w proj. nie wliczając ucz., kt. podjęli samozatrudn. dzięki wypłaconym w proj.środkom na podj. działaln. gosp./); -poprawa zdolności do zatrudn. uczestn. proj. Działania: -diagnoza uczestn. projektu (IPD) dla 253 osób; -przeprowadzenie szkoleń indywidualnych dla 55 os.; -organizacja staży dla 57 os. ; -dział. związ. z przyzn. jednoraz. środków na podj. dział. gosp. dla 114 os.; -dział. związ. z zatrudn. uczestn. w ramach refundacji kosztów wyposaż.lub doposaż. stanow. pracy dla 27 os. 100% uczestn. zostanie obj. pośr. pracy lub doradztwem zawod. Wypłacane w proj. świadczenia (stypendia szkol. i staż., zwrot kosztów dojazdu na staż), wysokość jednoraz. środk. na podj. dział. gosp. oraz kwota ref. kosztów wyposaż. (doposaż.)stan. pracy, będą zgodne ze stawkami wynik. z ust. o promocji zatrudn.(…). Koszt organiz. przewidzianych do realiz. szkoleń będzie zg. ze stawkami rynkowymi. The project is address.up to 253 (159K,94M) unemployed persons registered. at PUP in Tczew (excl. persons before completion. 30 years of age), belonging to groups: a person aged 50 years and over; women; persons with disabilities; long-term mer.; low-skilled persons; non-members of the groups indicated in the area. (unr. males aged 30-49 years), but their share does not exceed 20 % of the total number of people supported by the project from the area of Tczew county. The aim of the project is to increase the chances of taking up employment. 253 (159K,94M) persons of the target group. Specific objectives: —activation. understood as bringing 45 % of unemployed people to the most difficult situations (persons aged 50 years and over, women, persons with disabilities), and 60 % of people who do not belong to the above groups (students to the level of ISCED 3, immigrants, reemigrants) and 60 % of those who did not belong to the above mentioned groups (students, who have completed their participation in the above-mentioned groups). —improvement of the employability of participants. Actions: — Diagnosis of Participant Project (IPD) for 253 people; —individual training for 55 persons; —organisation of internships for 57 people. ; —department. related to one-time appropriations for the subdivision of the department for 114 persons; —participation of employment in the framework of the reimbursement of costs equip. or retrofit. work condition for 27 persons. 100 % of the participants will be subject to work or professional advice. Paid in project benefits (school scholarships and internships, reimbursement of travel expenses for traineeships), amount of one-off. appropriations per division. gosp. and the amount of expenses ref. equipment. (equipment.)work status, will be consistent with the rate of the result. from the paragraph on employment promotion.(...). The cost of organising the trainings will be based on market rates.
