Projekt zakłada zakup wyrobów medycznych oraz wyposażenia wyrobów medycznych w rozumieniu ustawy o wyrobach medycznych Dz, U. z 2015 poz. 876 ze zm. dla następujących oddziałów Szpitala im. dr. Józefa Dietla w KrynicyZdroju: Oddziału Pediatrii i Noworodków, Oddziału Ginekologii i Położnictwa, Bloku Operacyjnego, Oddziału Intensywnej Terapii, pozostałego wyposażenia niemedycznego koszty niekwalifikowalne.Projekt jest odpowiedzią na podstawowy problem, z jakim boryka się Wnioskodawca w procesie świadczenia usług medycznych braków w sprzęcie medycznym i wyposażeniu. Jakość i stan aparatury medycznej oraz wyposażenia stanowi jeden z kluczowych elementów systemu, wpływających na jakość i dostępność udzielanych świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej. W przypadku Wnioskodawcy niezaspokojone potrzeby zostały zidentyfikowane w następujących obszarach: anestezjologii i intensywnej terapii, pediatrii, położnictwa, bloku operacyjnego oraz centralnej sterylizacji. Niedostępność potrzebnej aparatury w Szpitalu wpływa negatywnie na diagnostykę chorób oraz skuteczność leczenia. Niedostatki w wyposażeniu meble, sprzęty pomocnicze obniżają komfort pacjentów oraz warunki pracy lekarzy i pozostałego personelu. Zaplanowane w ramach projektu działania w tym w szczególności w zakresie zakupu wyrobów medycznych w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 20 maja 2010 r. o wyrobach medycznych są uzasadnione z punktu widzenia zapotrzebowania na dany produkt. Ilość oraz parametry sprzętu są adekwatne do zakresu udzielanych świadczeń medycznych przez szpital oraz posiadają wysoką jakość w stosunku do ceny. (Polish)

The project involves the purchase of medical devices and medical devices equipment within the meaning of the Act on Medical Devices Dz, U. of 2015 item. 876 as amended for the following branches of the Dr. Józef Dietl Hospital in KrynicaZdrój: Department of Paediatrics and Newborns, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Operational Block, Intensive Care Division, other non-medical equipment ineligible costs.The project is a response to the fundamental problem the Applicant faces in the process of providing medical services shortages in medical equipment and equipment. The quality and condition of medical equipment and equipment is one of the key elements of the system, affecting the quality and availability of healthcare services. For the Applicant, unmet needs have been identified in the following areas: anaesthesiology and intensive care, paediatrics, obstetrics, operative block and central sterilisation. The unavailability of the necessary equipment in the hospital negatively affects the diagnosis of diseases and the effectiveness of treatment. Deficiencies in furnishing furniture, auxiliary equipment reduce patient comfort and working conditions of doctors and other personnel. The activities planned within the framework of the project, including in particular regarding the purchase of medical devices within the meaning of the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices, are justified from the point of view of the need for a given product. The number and parameters of the equipment are adequate to the range of medical services provided by the hospital and have a high quality in relation to the price. (English)
