Projekt „Drobin-gmina przyjazna mieszkańcom” realizowany będzie od 2.01 do 31.12.2017r. na terenie Gminy Drobin (obszar wiejski), zakwalifikowanego do obszarów poniżej progu defaworyzacji określonego w Mazowieckim barometrze ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego (kryt.meryt.1). Skierowany jest do 38 os. (20K/18M) zagrożonych ubóstwem/wykluczeniem społecznym. Zakłada się, że min. 31 osób (80%ogółu) stanowić będą uczestnicy znajdujący się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji życiowej wynikającej z wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego (m.in. ubóstwo, bezrobocie, niepełnosprawność, potrzeba ochrony macierzyństwa, dł.ciężka choroba-kryt. meryt.3). W projekcie preferowane będą osoby korzystające z PO Pomoc Żywnościowa 2014-2020, a zakres wsparcia tych osób nie będzie powielał działań, które ta osoba otrzymała/otrzymuje z PO PŻ w ramach działań towarzyszących, o których mowa w PO PŻ (kryt. dostepu 10). W ramach projektu podjęte zostaną dzi. zwiększające szanse zatrud, ww.osób oraz zapobiegające zjawisku wykl.społ. i ubóstwa. Aktywna integracja prowadz. będzie poprzez real. usług o charakterze społ., zawodowym, edukacyjnym i zdrowotnym. Dla każdej osoby opracowana zostanie ścieżka reintegracji,w celu zapewnienia zindywidualizowanego i kompl. wsparcia.W celu realizacji aktywnej integracji o charakterze eduk. prowadzona będzie współpraca z PUP i OWES (szkolenia i doradztwo z zakresu ekonomii społ). W wyniku podjętych działań min. 12 osób podejmie zatrudnienie po ukończeniu projektu, min. 30 osób ukończy szkolenia/ kursy zawodowe potwierdzone certyfikatem, u min. 22 osób wzrośnie efektywność społeczno-zatrudnieniowa. Dzięki zaplanowanym stażom w przedsiębiorstwach (w tym społecznych) na terenie gminy, uczestnicy projektu będą mieć szansę na przygotowanie się do przyszłego zatrudnienia, uruchomienia dział. w formie spół. socjal.oraz możliwość dost. kwalif. do potrzeb lokal. rynku pracy. The project “Drobin-community friendly to residents” will be carried out from 2.01 to 31.12.2017 in the municipality of Drobin (rural area), qualified to areas below the threshold of defaworisation defined in Mazowiecki barometer of poverty and social exclusion (crit.meryt.1). It is aimed at 38 people. (20K/18M) at risk of poverty/social exclusion. It is assumed that at least 31 people (80 % of the total) will be participants in a particularly difficult life situation resulting from multiple social exclusion (e.g. poverty, unemployment, disability, the need to protect maternity, the need to protect maternity, length of severe illness-crit. The project will prefer those benefiting from the OP Food Aid 2014-2020, and the scope of support will not duplicate the activities that the person received/receives from the PO GH as part of the accompanying activities referred to in the PO PO (access criterion 10). The project will be undertaken today to increase employability, the above-mentioned people and preventing the phenomenon of output and poverty. Active integration will be through real. social, professional, educational and health services. A path of reintegration will be developed for each person, in order to provide personalised and complete support.In order to implement the active integration of education, there will be cooperation with PUP and OWES (training and consulting in the field of social economy). As a result of the measures taken, at least 12 people will take up employment after completion of the project, at least 30 people will complete vocational training/training courses confirmed by a certificate, at least 22 people will increase socio-employment efficiency. Thanks to the planned internships in enterprises (including social) within the commune, the participants of the project will have a chance to prepare for the future employment, launch a department in the form of social. social. and the possibility of accessing the qualifiers for the needs of the local labour market.
