Cel projektu: Wsparcie systemu pomocy społecznej oraz przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu poprzez inwestycje w infrastrukturę warsztatów terapii zajęciowej, środowiskowego domu pomocy oraz mieszkań socjalnych, w tym jednego mieszkania chronionego wraz z modernizacją źródeł energii, podjęciem środków ostrożności zapewniających bezpieczeństwo użytkownikom infrastruktury pomocy społecznej oraz zakupem wyposażenia infrastruktury usług społecznych (bezpośrednio wykorzystywanej przez osoby wykluczone lub zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym) Wskaźniki: potencjalna liczba użytkowników usług aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej świadczonych we wspartych obiektach - 67, liczba przebudowanych obiektów, w których realizowane są usługi aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej - 3, Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1; Gmina obecnie posiada w swoim zasobie komunalnym dwa budynki (była Agronomówka i Dom Nauczyciela). Istnieję realna szansa wykorzystania ich na cele mieszkalnictwa socjalnego i chronionego. Niestety obecny ich stan techniczny wymaga dużych nakładów finansowych, tylko kapitalny remont spowoduje możliwość powtórnego ich użytkowania. Remont będzie musiał obejmować roboty budowlane, sanitarie i elektryczne. zadania: roboty budowlane (modernizacja 3 budynków - w tym przystosowanie ich do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych), zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia zarządzanie projektem (w tym koszty dokumentacji, osób zarządzających, promocji). There is a real chance of using them for social and protected housing. Unfortunately, their current technical condition requires a large financial outlay, only a major overhaul will result in the possibility of reusing them.
